1 - The location is excellent if you want to visit the Hollywood area, as well as the la DownTown. 2 - They are upgrading the rooms, quality of rooms is good,. 3 - Friendly staff and free wifi.

1 - Very poor internet and old fashioned room 2 - No lounge or reception area and the breakfast served in the bar was very poor. 3 - The Spice cafe is not always open and only serve non - alcoholic drinks. 4 - No room service round the clock. 5 - The guests have to pay an additional fee for a parking, and the value is very expensive ( u$ 22,00 per day ) is quite a lot !

Location was amazing and the staff was very friendly. Bed was comfortable.

Bathroom was stinking of the cleaning chemicals. There was so much noise as my room was next to the road. Parking charge is too much. We parked only for the night and had to pay 23$.

Parking was difficult, the wifi didn't work, the restaurant was awful and expensive

The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was very very comfortable. The shower pressure was excellent. I loved having a microwave and a fridge. Loved the spa down by the pool. Was handy to have the coffee shop downstairs. Excellent location.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. One thing though was that I lost a good pair of shorts from the room. I think they might have been taken when housekeeping took my sheets one day. I noticed they were missing the next day but when I asked reception about them they said they would be lost by now. Would have liked to have a little bit more concern over my lost property as I was backpacking and had limited clothes with me as it was.

Everything. Non-smoking rooms smells like piss, smoking rooms smells like cigarettes without even an attempt of trying to make it clean. Shampoo and soap wasn't refilled, left with new towels and left over soap. Tv had bad reception, asked for someone to help fix it but never showed up. Lady at the front desk said "Why is there people?" in a rude manner when I tried to get my key card fix. Oh yeah Key Card barely worked, felt like I had to force the door open.

Location for Hollywood boulevard, although that was a dump full of weirdos

When booked in tried to charge a 10 dollar per night upgrade as we required a non smoking room, which we said was a joke and refused to pay, this scam they then applied to next client booking in!

Staff very helpful and courteous especially Zuly who organised our transport and sightseeing.

love the place, easy to acces to every areas around hollywood. facilities in the room is best. its clean and comfy.

The location is perfect, just 5 mintutes walk from Dolby Theater, close to grocery's and fast-restaurants.

The hotel is quite noisy. It is close to a 6 lane street and also there was some huge central air-conditioning machinery located on the roof, just above my room, which was vibrating from 6 A.M. till 22 P.M. However the rest of the rooms are probably ok.

Location was good, walking distance to the Hollywood Walk of Fame, the personnel was nice. Parking possibility, free wireless.

I only stayed one night in the hotel. It was a bookind made in the last moment. Rooms are pretty old and shabby. I wouldn't go there again.

Location was amazing, 5 minutes walk to Hollywood & Highland, Dolby Theatre etc Spice restaurant location within the hotel was nice, the waiter that served me each day was lovely and very friendly and chatty.

There was a window in each room and you could see/hear other customers walking by throughout the day and night, during the day it was fine but at night it was a bit scary but that's mainly because I was on my own and a bit jumpy!

Staff were great, as was the Spice Cafe connected to the motel. Location is a short walk from the Hollywood Boulevard. Rooms are quite large as well.

The breakfast spot was good and worth the $. The lady working the front desk in the morning was very accommodating, friendly and helpful.

The late night lady working the front desk was super rude and very unprofessional. She was watching hulu and practicaly acted like we were bothering her. She did not give us direction to where our room was located or where we could park. The entire location is pretty out dated.

The location is good 10 minutes walking distance to the walk of fame. Friendly staff.

It looks more like a motel not a hotel, they charge $22 for parking per night.

Noisy drunks at 2am, Would have thought management woud tell them quiet down after 30 mins but had to do it myself.

Decent room, microwaves available and excelent location (only 10 minutes walk to the heart of hollywood bvd). The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially the clerk named Owen.

The bathroom could be better, I hate those curtains in the shower.

Staffs were friendly. The distance to hollywood blvd was in walking distance. Confortable as there is restorant near by. Clean room.

The internet service was quite bad. I did not get connected for two days, I think most probably the wifi strength is weak. So, for business travel, it will be disaster depanding on the wifi from Best Western.

Great location if you want to stay in Hollywood, it's only a five minute walk away from the Walk of Fame, Chinese Theatre etc. Most city tours leave from out the front of the Chinese Theatre, so it's handy. We had booked a Queen room, however we were upgraded to the King Suite for no charge, and this was great. We did see one of the Queen Rooms and it was fairly small and dark, so I'm glad we got to spend our five night stay in the King Suite, we had a lot of room and enjoyed ourselves.

We saw some dodgy characters staying at the hotel smoking pot out the front of their room, thankfully not near ours. Hollywood/LA is a bit dodgy too, but this hotel is right near the heart of it, so you don't really have to worry about walking far etc.

All of the people. Every single person we met, from the receptionist to the cleaning person was very friendly.
