The apartments are large and spacious. The beds are comfortable and the staff very empathetic and ready to deal with their facilities problems. My problems were all related to the old state of the facility. They changed me to a larger apartment when I complained about the street noise. But I ended up in a room with very loud heating pipes which did not let me sleep! The hotel facilities in general are in poor condition. The windows are old, and all the street noise can be heard loudly in the rooms facing the street. The heating radiators are also very old and make continuous loud crackling noises- the one next to my bed woke me up several times during the night! I was not able to sleep either night at the hotel, first night due to loud and heavy (and I repeat loud) street noise, and second night because of the heating pipes. Definitively not a place to stay if you are going to NYC for work.

May not be the flashest place in Manhattan, but the place can't be beat for value, location, service and commitment to the customer. Our two room suite was perfect for a family of four. we would use this place again in a heartbeat. Ammar was terrific, as was Eddie, both on the front desk. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Thanks guys.

Spaciousness for family of 5 Staff at counter do not communicate well to each other such as passing on an instruction or request. Not very helpful when we told them that the laundromat they have arranged for us failed to return a couple of our Calvin Klein polo shirts. Best western said 'we are not responsible' - but didn't you recommended that we use them? And how about helping to call the laundromat to retrieve their missing items?

This is a wonderful hotel. Kind of like yiur own amall apt. The rooms are spacious and well stocked. The place is very clean and the sound from the streets isn't too bad. The beds are very comfortable and the shower worked well. As for the staff, I can't say enough good things. They were very courteous, helpful, friendly and just a pleasure to talk to. I would recommend this hotel, especially for families. Will stay here again when I return to New York . Also the location is good. Close to Rockafeller center, and you can catch the metro a few blocks away. A nice walk to times square too. All in all, a great experience! Can't say anything negative. It was great!

For nyc, nice large rooms, former apartments. Great for family. Location was good, decent continental breakfast. The noise outside windows on our side of building very loud, hard to sleep. Also, steam radiator heat very loud if travel in cold weather season.

Plenty of space, a luxury in Mid-Town Manhattan. Friendly and helpful staff. Dirty : Hair left in the bathroom, very dusty in the corners, around heaters, bedsheets didn't look, feel or smell fresh.... Strong smell of bleach throughout the room, somehow re-assuring but you quickly realise that the attention to details isn't there. Direct view on the car park. Mediocre breakfast.

Very spacious apartments. Very clean. Very modern. Excellent friendly staff. Compact but purposeful breakfast area which also has free internet & printer. In a really great location to access all the tourist attractions be it on foot or via subway 2 blocks away. Prices very reasonable and much less than most hotels we looked at. We originally booked a 2 bedroom suite but upon arrival were allocated two seperate 1 bedroom suites next to each other due to an issue with the other room. It meant we had a 2nd bathroom and the kids were made up as they had their own room. This upgrade was at no extra cost.

This is a great hotel with high quality, extremely service minded staff and management. Location is top, it's on a 20 min walk from Times Square, 20 min from Central Park and 25 min from Empire State. Subway on a few minutes. Living room and each bedroom have a large screen TV and living room even has a DVD. Free internet. There is also a complimentary breakfast (don't forget to ask for the fruit salad, there's one cup foreseen per guest per morning!). If we visit NYC again this is definitely the hotel we'll return to. The only disadvantage I can think of is the continuous and rather loud noise of the airco. But you get used to it quickly and if not the hotel provides free earplugs.

As a family of 4 we found the serviced apartment option really suited our needs. It meant that we were able to have a long day out and then return and have a "take away" in the evening. We found an excellent Chinese just down the road! Having breakfast included was also a huge advantage and we collected breakfast from the small breakfast bar area and had it in our apartment. The Hospitality House was in a very good location which enabled us to walk as well as catch various forms to transport in order to see the sights. The staff were always on hand and very helpful. Our apartment was rather noisy from the air conditioning units on nearby buildings - at least that is what we thought it was, but after the first night it was not too much of a problem!

This is actually an apartment with a full galley kitchen, large living-dining room, two large bedrooms, and a full bath. The staff were very helpful with early check on & late check out, directions, and dining suggestions. Will stay here again on my next trip. Non-existent lobby.

The size of the apartment was amazing especially for NYC and the location was very central within easy access to lots of places. The beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. There was alot of noise during the night - I know this is NYC however there was more noise than we have previously experienced with other stays in other hotels. I think it was due to an AC unit being fitted. Earplugs had been supplied by the hotel which did block out some of the noise.
