Best Western Plus Hospitality House Suites  

The most appealing aspect of this apartment suites facility is the great location smack in the middle of downtown Manhattan in close proximity to Times Square, Broadway and great shopping on 5th Avenue and the surrounding area. As a family of 2 adults + 2 kids (13 & 9) it was also much more convenient and cost effective for us to stay in a 2 bedroom apartment (with living room and kitchenette) as opposed to renting 2 rooms in a hotel. In this regard this facility certainly provided this convenience and cost savings compared to a hotel located in the same area.

A major disappointment I had with this facility was having booked the 2 bed apartment a month before my visit wrote a request that the 2nd bedroom be 2 single beds (as shown in the photos). I imagined with a month's notice this was a fairly simple request to accommodate however was told upon arrival that the 2 bed apartment they booked for me had a queen bed for the 2nd bedroom. With a teenage boy and a 9 year old girl this was a formula for disaster. They did inform me though that the living room had a sofa bed however since my kids go to bed fairly early wanted use of the living room for my wife and I to enjoy some lounging late at night. This was not to be and despite promising to try changing my apartment the following day that didn't happen. A major problem with the rating system on booking.com is the fact that a facility (like this one) may be rated 'Fabulous' when in fact it is no more than satisfactory. Depending on what you're looking for this facility can provide everything you need for your stay in NYC and have no doubt people ranked it highly for this reason but for me to be ranked "Fabulous' means there is something particularly special about a facility which there certainly isn't in this one. The facility is satisfactory, no more and no less, and fulfills very adequately the function of providing clean and comfortable apartment accommodation with a satisfactory breakfast service to accompany it.

May not be the flashest place in Manhattan, but the place can't be beat for value, location, service and commitment to the customer. Our two room suite was perfect for a family of four. we would use this place again in a heartbeat. Ammar was terrific, as was Eddie, both on the front desk. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Very spacious apartments. Very clean. Very modern. Excellent friendly staff. Compact but purposeful breakfast area which also has free internet & printer. In a really great location to access all the tourist attractions be it on foot or via subway 2 blocks away. Prices very reasonable and much less than most hotels we looked at. We originally booked a 2 bedroom suite but upon arrival were allocated two seperate 1 bedroom suites next to each other due to an issue with the other room. It meant we had a 2nd bathroom and the kids were made up as they had their own room. This upgrade was at no extra cost.

Cramped breakfast area relative to the number of guests and rooms. Staff were couteous but could have been more helpful.

Hotel with no luxury but very comfortable, very cozy. Staff very service oriented. Location is excellent.Will stay again if back in nyc.

Great accommodation especially with children. Good value for money. Great location. Great breakfast.

The rooms are very noisy (in fact the hotel has ear plugs next to the bed).the air conditioners in the room are also noisy.

This is actually an apartment with a full galley kitchen, large living-dining room, two large bedrooms, and a full bath. The staff were very helpful with early check on & late check out, directions, and dining suggestions. Will stay here again on my next trip.

Liikenne melu oli kova 6kerrokseenkin saakka ja aluksi huone oli kylmä,siitä se sitten parani ajan kanssa. Aamupalalla oli välillä syötävät loppu ja niitä sai odottaa jonkin aikaa että niitä tuli lisää,ja aamiainen oli suppe(amerikkalaiseen tapaan)

Os funcionários são todos mal humorados , nem bom dia falam aos hóspedes . Na reserva pedi um quarto em andar baixo , me deram no último andar do prédio e disseram que iriam trocar na manhã seguinte , mas nunca trocaram e quando eu perguntava mal respondiam.E Não trocaram , o quarto era mal limpo e até uma barata matamos.

Etre tres independant car possibilité de se restaurer autrement qu'au restaurant le fait de pouvoir prendre le petit dejeuner dans l'appartement la qualité de l'acceuil du fait tout particulierement de la gentillesse et de la serviabilité de SAM--merci pour lui

Le fait de ne pas avoir les wc séparés de la salle de bain mais on ne peut as tout avoir !!!!

Os quarto são realmente espaçosos e limpos. Mobiliário novo e de boa qualidade. Café da manhã razoável. Ficaria neste hotel de novo.

As Janelas poderiam ser a prova de barulho.
