1ベッドルーム７５平米、清潔快適で、この価格帯はお得です。４人までのファミリーなら問題なくソファーベ- ッドを利用して快適に過ごせる広さです。バスルームのタブは浅いですが、体を温めるだけなら問題ないと思い- ます。 朝食、コンチネンタルブレックファーストつきですが、期待しないほうよいです。ベーグルなどのパン類、果物- 、飲み物くらいです。せめてハムやソーセージがあればもっとよかったと思います。 |

最高に便利な立地で、地下鉄駅、バス停ともアクセスは抜群。この立地、価格で2ベッドルーム・スイートは、- 他にありえないと思う。フロントは狭くてがっかりだが、客室はリニューアルしたようで、清潔で広かった。キ- ッチンは大型冷蔵庫、食洗器、電子レンジ、オーブンも完備。書き込みにあったゴキちゃんには遭遇しなかった- 。繁華街なので外の音はうるさめだが、これは近所の高級ホテルでも同じこと。朝食は「ルームサービス」とな- っていたが、実際は１階のラウンジでセルフ対応だった。客室にあるトレーで部屋に持っていっていき、自分達- で多少メニューを加えればかなり豪華な朝食に。小さな子供、年寄り連れ家族にはかなりお薦め。洗濯物は２ブ- ロック先のランドロマートに出すと半日で畳んで戻ってくるので重宝した。 ランドリーは「あり」となっていたが、現地で聞くとゲスト用は無いということだった。EVがたびたび修理中- だった。初日にシャンプーがセットされていなかった。バスタブの排水が悪かった。 |

110 square meters apartment with two bedrooms was truly large enough for four, well equipped, maintained and very tidy. Location was excellent for going out to city by foot or by public transport. Small minus-sides were bad water pressure in shower, and small size of breakfast room, it was not always easy to find table for four. |

Best position! I wanted to know how many beds are there ! There were 2 king bed,and and 1 extra sofa bed. We want 3 beds. So ,we disappointed. |

Very central near a lot of NYC attractions. Big flat with 2 bedrooms, perfect for a family of 4. Breakfast included, rare in NYC. Traffic noise, but to be expected in midtown Manhattan. |

The receptionist "Joe" was extremely helpful and polite. The room was very clean and spacious. The location was very central. Someone needs to put a sign next to the waffle griddle that you need to coat it with butter before pouring in the batter. I spent a few minutes scraping my waffle out of the griddle. The attendant was not present so I didn't know about the butter. A simple plastified sign would suffice. |

The suites were very roomy, with all the amenities needed for a family stay: beds in separate rooms, full kitchen, big bathtub, plenty of storage, relatively quiet (for NYC). Good location (near subway) and friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast could be better. |

Ideal to visit NYC: great location, a few blocks away from 5.th av., subway at walking distance; large and comfortable apartment (2 bedrooms and a living room), excellent and rich breakfast served at the groundfloor, but you can also take all you need to your room. Well equipped kitchen, though after long walking days we used to buy food to go at a nearby deli. Only one bathroom and poor variety of international tv channels, but that's not been quite an issue |

Fantastic central location in New York. Apartment was great for a longer stay - it was nice to have kitchen and loungeroom. Kitchen not very well equipped - minimal cooking pots and no teatowels, washcloths or sponges. As a smoker, I totally agree with the the No Smoking policy however an ashtray or smokers pole outside should be provided. |

The rooms are outstanding, especially for a family travelling together. Spacious and comfortable. It is pretty noisy there during the work week and the water system/showers could use some real improvements. |

apartment-style hotel perfect for our needs as we were with friends and shared a 2 bedroom apartment, very central, good price, clean and well equipped, excellent breakfast choice in apartment, staff very helpful Noisy water pipes occasionally, no control over heating which was too hot! |

Great location.....good affordable friendly place. Noise, air con units set in windows so morning noise starts at about 6 am. We know now why its the city that never sleeps. Take ear plugs and you should be fine. |
