Best Western Inn Palm Springs    

Location is great!! Close to great restaurants and gay night life. Pool & spa are open 24/7 unlike most main stream hotels. Bathrooms have been updated to match tasteful decor already in place.

Only thing I would do is get rid of the 70/80 white washed wood around rooms like 127. Very dated.

went to breakfast thinking it was a hot breakfast...but only fruit and toast displayed at 7:00am....after we ate that they displayed a sign saying hot waffles....we were disappointed ...we should of waited if we knew to wait..

Got the room at the last minute for a reasonable price. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Although advertised as a mountain view king room....our window looked onto the wall of the next hotel! The rooms were somewhat refurbished, but the carpeting was old and the rooms smelled of pet urine. The elevator is a death trap! Small and it rattles and bangs away. One trip up and we took the stairs the rest of the time. No places to eat within walking distance. Really...Bestwestern....you could do a lot better!

Everything was great,big problem with noyz ,we stayed at the first level,you can here the people above you walking showering tAlking,saw we didn't sleep al night

Walls are paper thin. Everytime the person in room above us walked the floors creaked and was very noisy. Also room next to ice machine all night people would enter and door squeaked and noise from ice machine very loud in our room. Breakfast was ok only, nothing special, not enough tables outside in breakfast area. Unimpressed would not recommend hotel.

The breakfast area was outside and we stayed during an unusual cold spell.

Location was good for travel to downtown Palm Springs, in fact to the valley. Walking distance to some restaurants.

Next time a different room location would have to be chosen as the parking lot at northwest or pool end of hotel is much too noisy. Plumbing is quite noisy.

It was certainly a functional property and its location made it easy to drive to wherever one would want to go in the Palm Springs area.

Good value for money, the pool was open all night, which is useful at such a hot weather. Nice breakfast at the pool.

There as a board saying that the hotel is built out of dangerous materials.

Clean, decent breakfast, great pool area, great WIFI(free), and overall a great stay especially for the price. Not a resort, but would stay here again. Also many foreign travellers (German, French, and Dutch).

Yes, we have been staying at this hotel for about the last 6 or 7 years and they have done a lot of upgrades.

Very good price for what you get. Hotel has nearly everything you need for a couple of days.

There were additional charges, which I did not see in booking.com.

Quiet

The airconditioner did not work correctly, we had to constantly mess with the control to get it to kick in. For example, we had it set at 72, and it still would not start even after room temp was at 77.

I really enjoyed the breakfast.. It was also very quiet in this location...easy to access the Airport...which we had to do at 4 15 am...and I found my way back to the motel easily for a few more hours sleep The weigh scale in the room was a nice touch as was the water, chips and granola bar on our arrival.. Friendly staff on Desk and at Breakfast

Smoking was just outside our door, and it tended to drift into the room under the door...we used towels to keep the smell out.

das Hotel hatte einen netten, sauberen Pool und hot Spa, die beide 24h zugänglich waren. Das Frühstück wurde im freien am Pool serviert; die Zimmer waren sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet, wenn auch etwas klein.

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums; mit Auto oder öffentlichem Bus ist es aber leicht zu erreichen; Frühstück etwas karg.
