Best Western Inn & Suites of Sun City  

Proximity to Sun City.

They ran out of breakfact food before 9:00AM on 4/13,and the desk clerk didn't feel that mgmt would PU breakfast at Denny's.

Close to Sun City and Youngtown. Easy access to main highways. Good breakfast, and next to Denny's for a midnight meal. Arriving after a long plane trip late at night (tired), Felix, the night manager was cheerful, welcoming, and made the check-in quick and easy. Thank you!

it is a motel, not a hotel, but was priced as such. i was unable to cancel my reservation when i attempted to do so on the morning of travel.

the location was good--close to the home of friends

only one complimentary breakfast for 2 days, room was small--no table. price was high for the value

Resturants close by. Free popcorn machine in lobby. Front desk person very helpful.

Busy traffic on main street and rail road very close.

Watch out for Room 230! We found out the next morning that this "King" room, which has a Queen bed and very little room to get around that bed, is the only such tiny room in the place - and it is not discounted from the other, much more spacious King rooms. Since there were many vacancies the night of our stay, we felt somewhat curious upon our discovery that the clerk had put us into their least desireable room. I would recommend the motel, however, with the above warning - and a caution about a need for love of late night and early morning freight trains.

Very clean and kept property. Room was spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Location felt safe.

Some parking for oversized vehicles would be nice.

Cooperation of the staff and the fact the room ac was on when we arrived.

The broken ice machine on the ground floor. And the nearby railroad noise. Wife liked it I didn't.

Lobby staff Billy was extremely helpful, professional & polite. The room was gorgeous & very comfortable!!! Pool was conviently located to my to my room!!! I will stay at this specific location & would recommend it to all my friends that travel. The price for my room, 50.99, was fantastic. Again, my thanks to Billy for his help. Nicole R Tunstall

I liked it all.

The newly renovated rooms are wonderful! The location is very convenient for visiting Sun City West or Sun City Grand. And the rates are very competitive. We've stayed there twice and have been very satisfied with our choice.

Room needed renovations. Planned, not completed yet. Toilet did not flush. Ac unit old and noisy. Needs upgrades for the money. With taxes added up to over 100.00 per night. Not worth the amount.

The entire staff here is very friendly and helpfull. I do building repairs for a living and couldn't find anything wrong with this place. I will be back to phoenix again late this year and will stay here again for sure.

The room was so tiny you could hardly turn around. You couldn't easily access the closet to hang up clothes. It was way too small for two people.

Excellent value for the price paid. Good swimming pool. one of the better motels on our travels.

Being close to a main thoroughfare (Grand Ave) and mainline train tracks - noise!!!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They are the best we have seen.

This was stated in comments before we booked but the train nearby is loud. We live near tracks so it wasn't as big of a deal as it would be for some people but we were surprised at how loud the trains were. We loved everything else, but the bed was hard! We both had back aches!
