Not enough seats at breakfast

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were offered a nice variety, more than a typical continental breakfast. Wi-fi was free. Coffee was available all day. It was nice and quiet. Great location.

No elevator to take heavy luggage up to second floor.

The staff greeted my mom and me as if they had been waiting all day just for us. The man at the desk realized that my mom would have trouble on the stairs and changed our room to one on the first floor.

The room was too warm, and the AC didn't seem to be efficient.

my room was on the second floor and there was no elevator! Not a big issue but it could be a concern if i was older. the staff was more than ready to help however.

I got the last room Suite 210 and it was absolutely awful. The room was clean, but it is located to some noise source - light generator or other unite that made noise and vibrations all night long. I did not sleep very well! I have also called the front desk prior to arrival, inquiring about the park & fly deal. I learned that one can park up to 14 days for $10. Upon arrival I was told that it was no longer 14 days, but only $10 for 10 days, and the entire service will be discontinued due to limited parking on the property. Since I anticipated to stay abracadabra for more than 10 days I was in a bind. How can I legitimately work part- time and work full-time in the evening?

Convenient to Airport and a nice room. The night manager was sympathetic about our difficulties and gave us a better rate but my bank statement says I didn't get the reduced price. I'm really not complaining about the price anyway, as it was a nice place.

Our flight arrived at 11pm and no transportation was available. Taxi guy said it wasn't worth re-setting his meter due to short trip. Hotel had no shuttle available. I left a toothbrush charger in the room and called numerous times and went by the hotel to try and retrieve it but no help.

We were in room 201--very nice however --the sound level was high we could hear the night manager either talking to someone or a tv Would tell others to stay further from the front entrance. In the early hours we could hear people "bumping" their luggage down each stair

Hallways smelled of smoke, ice machine out of order in back building ..long walk through two buildings to get ice, response by office," too bad", no breakfast arrangements for early departures (this is an airport area!), I could not even get any water to drink. I have stayed here before, but probably not again. Overall...not a good stay!

Convenient location to airport. Quiet. Complimentary breakfast started at 6:30 am on Saturday which allowed us to catch a quick bite before we had to leave for the airport.

Very helpful staff with directions to places, came to pick us up at rental car area, next to airport, easy to find, very spacious room with fridge and microwave (only staying overnight for early flight), excellent price. Shuttle to airport at 5.30am.

Room 111, has what I would concider a toilet that maybe 12" off the floor at best and one trash can was missing a trash bag,OH well.

The room was spacious and clean. Nice TV flat screen. Room had microwave and frig.

Staff was very friendly. The room was large and the beds were very comfortable. The continental breakfast was great. Will recommend to my friends.

The lighting outside the hotel is very poor. Need more lighting. Very unsafe with the lighting that is there now.
