Pillows were to small.
Needs some updating in decor. Facility allows extended parking for visitors and, therefore, limited parking for motel guests.
Close to the highway. Spacious. Checking in and out was a breeze.
Not enough wall outlets to charge our devices. Must bring your own beverages and snacks. Wifi needs work. Very slow connection if you can connect. You have to log in every time you use it.
The rooms were up to date and modern rooms were perfect. The inside of the hotel looked surprisingly newer than the outside. The balconies were a nice touch.
There was no elevator to the 2nd floor.
Booked online. Called the hotel to ensure our reservation went through. Told the desk we were driving and would be a late arrival. When we arrived the guy working the desk informed me our reservation had been canceled. Blamed it on a new girl and poor training. They had a room so we proceeded to check in. We had two dogs with us. The guy first handed me a full sheet page to sign about hotel noise and rules b.s. second a full page pet agreement garbage. We travel with our dogs all over the country and this was a first. Very unprofessional. The kind of stuff you'd expect to see in a very bad part of town. One of my biggest complaints and cautions for anyone considering this hotel is the parking situation. The lot is way way to small. Tiny spaces. You're going to get door dings. Lot is shared with a restaurant. The only remaining spaces were behind it. There are no signs up any place designating parking rules. I asked the desk attendant if it was okay to park there. He said they would tow my car. I asked him even though there were no signs? He said he'd suggest moving it. He was completely non committal and offered absolutely no help in explaining a safe place to park. Thanks! The hotel is very old. It appears to be dingy and on the dirtier side. We booked a two queen suite. It was very small. Beds are very uncomfortable. If the beds are queens they are the smallest queen beds I've ever seen. Seem like full size. Beds have no comforters or heavy blankets. This was awesome in the middle of the coldest week in February. Ridiculous that you'd have to ask for a blanket. This place is managed like a crack house. Not a respectable hotel. First thing at about 0730 the house staff started making their rounds. They were talking and a male shouting to the house keepers loudly enough to wake us up. Luckily that was before the vacuum cleaner started. So... about that one page noise policy.... yeah.
Sorry we could not stay longer.
The staff is always friendly, competent, and helpful. The rooms are clean and fresh and the free WiFi is a much appreciated part of the stay.
front desk helpfulness
We enjoy this hotel. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable.
One significant drawback is that there is no elevator and transporting belongings to the second floor is challenging.
Internet service it's not the best
Excellent room and great breakfast.
Check-in was fast. Room was very clean and modern. The breakfast was outstanding. The evening social hour snacks were a nice treat.
The staff was great, very helpful
Not much really.
Extremely cramped and busy eating area. Felt like pigs at a trough trying to eat here. The floor above us creaked and every sound could be heard from the very noisy guests coming and going all night. Although WiFi worked, I needed ethernet and this was not working.
The room was big and clean.
The manager and desk person went out of their way to be accommodating.
Very convenient to airport. Recommended returning car in the evening so as not to have to deal with morning uncertainties before early flight.
Breakfast started too late for the early morning departures to the airport.
bed and linens decor breakfast area cozy staff professional and friendly
wi fi sometimes wonky but mostly good
Staff and location and facilities. Clean and comfy!
Noise from doors opening and shutting.
We had a late flight, this was close to airport, very comfortable beds and quiet. All three of the people we dealt with on the front desk were exceptional. Hot buffet breakfast with good variety. Strong wifi.
There is no elevator, but the front desk staff is quick to help. If you have mobility issues or luggage big enough to carry a house in, request a ground floor room.
park and fly was not available at time of check-in,.the only reason I made a reservation at this hotel.i had not written it specificly on my on-line booking and was not informed I needed to do so.
Location, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast included
Small rooms, uncomfortable bed, bad reception on the tv in the room
Breakfast no elevator
Good facility. Closeness to airport made rental return quick & easy .
Friendly maid staff
Attitude of assistant manager. Lack of aattention of desk staff. Unwillingness to even try to make our stay pleasant.
