Airport shuttle bus only runs once an hour.

Not eniough staff on reception.

The location of the hotel is good when you are going to travel from JFK airport in New York. There is an excellent shuttle service between the hotel and the airport.

The staff at the front desk were friendly enough. We asked for a luggage rack and they said they would get us one, but never did. We had many bags and they just watched us struggle with them. When we arrived in our room is smelled like cigarette smoke. We were moved to another room, but still no luggage rack available. The room was worn. The new room smelled overwelmingly of air freshener. Stale and stuffy.

It was close to jfk thus at ease that we will be in time for our departure

they had an over stay and we could not have our room , so gave us one with an overview of the garage area, we felt unsafe. disgusted

I was staying an overnight between 2 flights with my daughter who had a new born baby. I found location very convenient as it took only 10 minutes to reach the hotel and same to go back to airport the following day. We made a late check out as our flight was late afternoon and we found it very comfortable to stay all day long in room. Beds were very clean and comfortable. Although hotel didn't have a restaurant for dinner, the receptionist advised several deliveries of different cuisines and when we ordered delivery reached us in minutes. Room didn't have a fridge, but when we asked for bottles of water they were delivered promptly. We asked for a baby crib and hotel provided it immediately. They have a good complementary shuttle bus to the airport which we used. Breakfast was complementary and was fine. I really recommend the hotel for a comfortable stay

Room didn't have a fridge even though it is a 3 stars hotel Breakfast is only till 9.00 am. Would prefer to be extended till 10.00.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Very clean.

It was not convenient to have to drive our car to the parking area and then have to take a shuttle back...never had to do that before at a park/sleep/fly hotel before.

Everything was excellent would do it all over again.

The location is good, if you want to stay closer to the jfk.

I had to return to the front desk because they didn't give me the Internet password and they don't have an information in the room how to call the front desk. A little bit desorganized for a Best Western hotel.

Left on the 5:30 am and missed breakfast and coffee. It was nice that snacks were available.

Drop off was not easy. It was a very cold night and there was no heat on in the room. Took about an hour for it to warm up.

The receptionist at the hotels was the best and very kind I can't remember her name but starts with "K" and she is the morning. Also the night receptionist was good.

We had to spend a night in New York for a connecting flight to Europe and this hotel offered a shuttle service and a breakfast for a fair price. They gave us what they promised and we were satisfied.

The fact that you had to pay for using the computer in the businesscentre. We had some problems checking in on the airline at the computer at the frontdesk (which was free) so we had to find out what was wrong on another computer. When you have to solve a problem on a computer it usually takes a lot of time so we kept feeding dollarbills to the machine. But on the other hand, there was a computer available and we could work it out so why complaining?
