We needed a place near JFK. It also offered breakfast and free wireless internet. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is varied and adequate for a transit hotel. Would I use them again? Yes. |

That the hotel is close to the airport and that there is a shuttle service from hotel to airport. It has the impression that it is very old. I found the room also small, not many space. We have slept in more hotels during our stay and this one was the one we didn´t like the most. And if there was a big price difference it is different, but due to the money, I found it ´regular´. Also we found it unhandy that there is no restaurant, except the breakfast possibility, but only until 9 am |

reception staff and shuttle drivers execellent and friendly. Buffet breakfast area too small for number of guests but good breakfast apart from a lack of fruit choice and supply. room smelt a little damp and musty possibly needed airing or better extraction? |

The room and bathroom were very clean and the front desk staff were very polite and knowledgeable The breakfast was not replenished fast enough. After waiting for 30 minutes, I had to leave to catch a plane without having eggs or fruits as the trays had run out. |

Clean, well appointed rooms. Fast internet wired and wireless access which was complimentary,punctual shuttle bus to JFK Airport. The Receptionist was very rude and curt and looked irritated when questions were asked. A good reception always gives a guest a welcome feeling but the lady at the recption looked totally disgruntled with a grumpy look and makes you feel uninvited. |

Nothing much! Was just closed to the airport! The shuttle service. When we arrived around midnight at JFK T2 , we gotta take all our luggages to the Skytrain (5-8mins walk) and got off at circyle station (about 10mins) to take the shuttle bus! The shuttle bus driver was half-sleeping, didn't have any motivation to talk and assit us for our luggages! The service was lousy! |

Inexpensive - but then as it has no real facilities beyond bedrooms and is in the middle of nowhere so it should be No food or alcohol on premises, bar a vending machine - and located a $15 cab ride from the nearest (grim) mall restaurant. Take a good book or a good lover. |

Reasonably priced deal for purpose of having proximity to JFK airport (only reason for staying there), so limited expectations in every other respect. Still, did the job honorably. Hotel is basic. No eating facilities (except for continental breakfast). Must call outside deli for delivery and pick-up in the lobby (45 minutes waiting time). Would be nicer if even as simple as a McDonald's could be found next door. |
