Staff who deal with booking is not reliable and responsible, and efficient.

Great service with shuttle direct from airport to hotel. Nice and service minded staff. We had a small room with a giant bed where the whole family could be, father, mother and our two year old daughter. When we placed the reservation we asked for a baby cot but they did'nt put it up?

Proximity to John f Kennedy for a one night stay before our next flight out.

The room is a little squeeze. You can hardly walk without hitting yourself with the chair around the corner of the room. Other than that, it's a good budget motel for short stays.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. We were comfortable,safe and had access to all facilities, E.G., internet to do web checkin,free local calls, after checkout accomadaton, etc.

I have stayed here on several occasions previously. Every time they continue to ensure a reliable standard performance. The hotel is functional and is suitable when the hotel is mainly used for night accommodation, having spent the whole day with family.

Old style TV, and noisy local heater/air conditioning unit

Though the room was small, it was clean, well ventilated and comfortable.Breakfast was very good. Some of the staff was friendly and helpful.

Some of the staff was indifferent and impolite. An early morning problem in the room required two calls to the front desk before there was a response to the problem. The shuttle driver was late at 5:30 A.M. and contributed to our missing our international flight.

Near jfk Int'l Airport, with Free Shuttle Service. Cozy and warm. For people that arrives/departs from jfk and need a place to spend the night.

Location was very convenient, family found the room spacious enough, enjoyed breakfast,staff was friendly and helpfull and room cleaning was excellent. As a family enjoyed our stay and on our next visit would like to see improved shuttle service and may be a Laundromat facility. Thanks, Shafqat family

Absence of Landrumat facility

All staff friendly and helpful....excellent housekeeping!!!!!

Shuttle buses left unattended and running for close to thirty minutes....unacceptable. Stayed for two nights, did not sleep either night due to ice machine located next to our room - 210...move machine to lobby or breakfast area!

Convenient location for airport and free shuttle. Comfortable bed

It is really close to the airport so I can be easily dropped at the Delta Air Lines terminal after the overnight layover. The staff is very friendly and helpful when I need some assistance.
