Although very near to the jfk airport, is in the middle of nothing. If you want to eat you will have to order. I wait almost 2h for an indian food nearby!

The walls are too thin you think there are people into you room

Nothing - we were extremely disappointed

Rooms were too small, breakfast was barely acceptable

obviously the location and the shuttle service was very good and the man on the early morning driving shift was very helpful.staff are all friendly and it is easy to get to from the airport.

coffee was dreadful in kitchen. very noisy outside but that is to be expected i guess. coming back from the city centre in the evening was very difficult and i ended up in best western jamaica when i asked for a taxi cab to the best western. the staff there were very unhelpful when i asked for a cab to bwka. i had to wave down a cab almost in the middle of the road almost to get anyone to stop.

Proximity to jfk It is a very relaxed place, multiethnic, friendly I have liked my stay.

Breakfast too early You should allow the breakfast till 11:00 Some people arrive in the night at 2:00am, or later, they wake up want the breakfast and it is closed. No food (I mean fast) I know you can order and they bring it within 40 minutes But you could sell things that people could warm up in a microwave, If somebody wants to eat fast, he has to walk to a burger king in a very cold ands unfriendly street. I wanted to eat at 23:00. I wanted to go to the burger king... But it was too cold... On my way I saw the hollyday's inn I went there They sell pizzas and other things which can you warm up in a microwave

The hotel was clean and very close to jfk. However, the bedding was extremely uncomfortable. I couldn't even sleep for one hour due to the bad pillows that they had. They didn't even seem like pillows for a bed they looked like couch pillows, very uncomfortable and honestly it ruined my stay. I paid almost 150$ and didn't get to sleep for an hour from how uncomfortable the pillow was.

The hotel is very closr to the airport and every hour there is transfer to/from the airport

It is really cold in the hotel: there is an electrical heater but it is extremely loud and it smells bad. In the bathroom there is no hot water in the sink tub and extremely cod floor. When I was checking-in the receptionist took my bank card, but when I ws checking-out I was asked to pay cash. When I arrived home I found out that money was withdrawn from my bank card too and it took one month to return them. I highly do not recommened this hotel.

All staff friendly and helpful....excellent housekeeping!!!!!

Shuttle buses left unattended and running for close to thirty minutes....unacceptable. Stayed for two nights, did not sleep either night due to ice machine located next to our room - 210...move machine to lobby or breakfast area!

Unfortunately our experiance of this hotel was poor. The young lady on the reception when we arrived gave us the feeling she was more intrested in when she was going to have her baby than looking after us in the usual manner we have experianced from hotels in the usa. The room was small, the bathroom still had hair on the floor and in the bath and to be honest we had to leave at 2.30am to catch a fligh and couldn't wait to get out. One more thing the alarm clock didn't go off. Good job I set my mobile as a standby.

It is really close to the airport so I can be easily dropped at the Delta Air Lines terminal after the overnight layover. The staff is very friendly and helpful when I need some assistance.

Nothing I won't go there again and I will tell my friends too
