This hotel has a very nice location close to the sea, so make sure you get ask for a room with view when booking this hotel. The sunrise in the morning is beautiful. To drive to the center of Key West takes only 4-5 minutes and and if you like jogging, there is a great path for joggers just outside the hotel, close to the sea. The room we had was large (one king size bed and one sleeping sofa), nicely decorated and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and we liked that the room had a refrigerator and café maker. The TV was also good. The pool area was nice and clean and had a small bar. It can also be mentioned that the service at the hotel was very good and all our requests were handled professionally. Parking and internet was free, which is another plus in the book. There is a small airport there, and even though some planes come and go from time to time, this did not disturb us. There are no flights in the nighttime. This hotel can definitely be recommended. We felt we got good value for money. The breakfast was quite unhealthy with mainly waffles, muffins and cakes to select from. There was also hard boiled eggs and bread available but if you want an healthy breakfast, you are better off eating in a restaurant or buying food from a grocery store and eat in the room.

Very friendly and well informed staff, big and clean rooms, nice swimming pool with bar, nice location, nice price/quality balance. Very good service. If you rent a bicycle (ideal to move around with on Key West), it will be brought to the hotel in 15 minutes. The breakfast is quite poor, the hotel looks a bit like a motel and the area where everything happens (Duval Street) is on the other side of the island (but the island is very small). No elevators.

The pool and view were wonderful. The perfect way to relax. The Cheeky Hut (poolside bar) has very over-priced food and drinks. We had hoped to enjoy nice island drinks poolside; however the drinks were not impressive and hardly worth the $8 price tag. Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the pool area. They did enforce this rule.

Our room for the first night had a very noisy air conditioner. When we complained to the hotel manager he immediately offered to upgrade us to a poolside room at no extra charge for the remainder of our stay. That’s old style service that you don’t see too often nowadays. The pool was a awesome tropical retreat and we spent more time than I would have ever imagined loafing around it. Snacks at the Tiki hut where tasty but we had no idea where the food was prepared…it just magically would show up. You can charge everything to your room so didn’t need to carry money around. Continental breakfast was above average but after the second day a little boring. Front desk staff where helpful, courteous and sometimes entraining. This is a neat mini resort and I had a good time. Highly recommended! No music, not even piped in Jimmy Buffet tunes over cheap outdoor loud speakers. Come on folks, this is Key West!

It is near the Key West airport. It provided shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. There was a complimentary buffet breakfast. "Convenient" and "comfortable" are two words you should put on the above descriptive list. The staff was excellent. No elevator. Too far from town (unless you have a car).

Well keep and clean rooms. The pool was very nice and the Cheekie Hut for pool side drinks and afternoon sancks was great. Office staff was very helpful in finding our way around for the boat races.

The room and the pool are nice The noise from the airport is very loud. the hotel is just 500 meters away from the runaways. when the planes were landing it was so close you had the feeling the plane was going to crash on the hotel any second. the airport only shuts down between 11,30 pm and 8 am. I would recommend staying there only if you are spending the whole day downtown.
