For us it was about family. Kids and Grandkids stayed at other Disney Resort. We chose Best Western to be close. Hotel was pleasant surprise. We enjoyed the entire experience. The room was more than we expected. |

The lake view from my room, the accessibility to disney world, quick response of maintenance department The hidden fees which are applicable: a daily fee about $8, the parking dee $10 each day which rounds up to $12, and the $20 as upgrading to a lake view !!! |

Very clean and well located. Staff were all friendly. Housekeeping kept our room well supplied and clean. Close to downtown disney and crossroads shopping center - walkable. Didn't like the sales pitch at guest services for buying a time share at wyndham resorts. This was deceptive. |

I liked the connecting doors between our 2 rooms and the shuttle bus to the Disney World parks. I stayed 5 nights on one of which the restaurant was closed because of a private party. |

Relaxed atmosphere. I could not get any info on transport from the Orlando Int airport either in advance, or once at the airport. Your sister Best Western near the airport said the only options were to take a cab or rent a car. I took the Mears shuttle in both directions in the end - it just would have been good to know in advance. |

My room was nice and clean and a very comfortable bed. Some hotel beds are not and the linens was nice and soft. Room Service was right on time. Also the valet was awesome. Always had my car right away. Really needs to update their TV sets and get flat screens. |

Yes: ask for the light to be fix but it wasn't. Did not know a microwave nor refrigerator was not included, not enough parking. |

The location was excellent. The A/C was not operable for many days. The staff maintained that it had just happened and would be fixed "within a half hour". At one point, a maintenance man told us it would be good tonight. We were both aware that the weather forecast for that night was a drop to the 40's. |

Shuttle service to Disney theme parks stops at the front door. Hotel is within walking distance of Downtown Disney. Rented two rooms. One smelled of cat pee and bathtub tiles were disintegrating. Guest services and Wyndham Resorts personsel gave us incorrect information about Cirque du Soliel performances at Downtown Disney which shouldn't happen considering the proximity. |

The convience to Disney, the bus shuttle and the balcony view. Also staff was very friendly and professional. One of the staff members was not informed about the Veterans Free passes to Disney. He sent us to the Shades of Green and we could have gotten the tickets at the Disney main gate. It was a waste of time to go to Shades of Green and we were tired when we went there. |

Location. Had to change rooms. First room given was dirty and smelly. Also your staff were not aware of the Disney Marathon and gave out misleading information on transportation, that meant my Wife and I waiting for a bus for 1 Hour 15 Mins which never came. |

Location and on site facilities. They should ,in my oppinion, stop trying to get people to attend a time shear offer with the attraction of subsidised Disny tickets or money as a gift. Some people felt they were co-ersed into signing up just to get out away from them and realised what they had done afterwards and began worrying. Because of this their holiday was ruined. We attended out of interest. |
