Best Western Lake Buena Vista in the Walt Disney World Resort  

Big rooms with everything you need to be comfortable. Close to Disney World and in walking distance of Disney Downtown, where you can eat and shop.

The guest service desk is shared with a commercial sales lady for Windham hotel/time sharing programm. When you come for information about the Disney parks, the hotel-guest-service does not answer your questions, instead the sales lady takes over and tricks you into a very agressive sales presentation for Windham. In return for visiting the presentation you get discount on the entrance fee of the park. Trust me, you can better pay double entrance fee, because the sales presentation was extremely agressive and I will never fall for such a trick again. Sad that the Best Western puts his guests into such a situation!

My check-in was very prompt and professional. We got an upgrade to the Disney side so we could view the fireworks at night from our balcony. The room was large and very nice. I appreciate the free Wifi so I could conduct business while away from the office. It was conviently located near restaurants, shopping, and Disney World. The rooms were quiet. We enjoyed a nice sleep adn the pillows were just right. (Usually I bring my own, but this time I did not use mine.) Overall rating was excellent. Dr. g

I loved the view from our room and the fact that if I wanted the sheets to be changed the hotel would change them. The employees were great.

The bed was a little hard for my taste. The mini fridge was very hard to get into because the handle was loose (room 1509). The shower was terrible. Need to upgrade to a better shower (why is there an ac vent in the shower?) I was so cold. Also, hated the wet curtain to touch me. Would be better if it was a walk in shower with a glass door.

The hotel was clean, efficient and tidy. Hotel staff where friendly and very helpful. Hotel location and transportation was first class.

Confusion about reservations

Well, I have to say my daughter loved it and we both agreed that the pool area was delightful. I think that the Diseny Transpertation was very good.

I did not like that mostly all the cleaning ladies were spanish me and my daughter both could not understand them.

The fact that Best Western is well known with a good reputation,the rooms are clean and beds are comfortable,they are very accessible to Disneyworld since a free shuttle service is available every 30 mins.makes this an ideal hotel to stay in.No frills.Just a bit surprise that hotels here need additional resort fee,pay nite fee which was not mentioned quite clearly when I book thru internet.Other that that,everything was good. At night,you can even walk a block to go to nearby restaurants,drugstores,groceries.

It's located in the perfect spot very near to the parks and shopping areas! Their price is very reasonable! Will definitely stay there again! All the staff members are very helpful & trained properly. Over all it's very clean. Great service. I've stayed there twice. Thumbs up!!!

The air condition was not working properly and they took too long to Check it! They fixed it our last night there. But it was not too bad.

Nice place the rooms were very comfortable. We didn't stay there just to be in a motel room. We stayed there because of location. We were out and about most of the time. We would look at getting rooms here again.

The location was nice.

I did not like the fact that things were out dated! The tv was from the 80's down to the alarm clock from the 70's! No kitchenette and nothing special about the place. The elevators were very old as well, felt like forever for them to come down and they made lots of noise. Will not stay there again, for the price I expected alot more, and have had lots more. Also it says "resort" ......you have a old outdated pool area, this doesn't make it a resort! Overall I guess it served it's purpose, but I won't waste my money there again.
