Location and on site facilities. They should ,in my oppinion, stop trying to get people to attend a time shear offer with the attraction of subsidised Disny tickets or money as a gift. Some people felt they were co-ersed into signing up just to get out away from them and realised what they had done afterwards and began worrying. Because of this their holiday was ruined. We attended out of interest. |

Having the transportation to the resorts was great. The price of renting a refrigerator, Very high. My phone in my room did not work properly. My floor in my room was not vacuumed, there were still articles left from the previous guest near the head of the bed on the floor (baby pacifier, hair band, hair on one of the pillows) |

Convenient and beautiful location, spacious room, comfortable bed, bathroom accessories, coffee, reasonable price. Good experience overall. The valet service personnel and those who help with luggage were so helpful and energetic: they knew what they are talking about. Some of the staff at the reception desk looked so unhappy. |
