We booked our room because we were attending the Country Thunder musical festival. It was a little far from the venue, however we were very happy to be able to aquire such a nice room. We took advantage of the refrigerator to keep our food cold, the gym and the morning breakfast. Thank you.

I liked the pool and spa area a lot. The fact that it was close to the airpo We picked this place as it had an advertised lounge for drinks as well as nearness to the airport. While it isn't the end of the world to not have a drink at the end of the day..and we usually bring our own, it was false advertising. I waited for almost 45 minutes because the bartender was also the shuttle driver! Also the time that the bar was open was later in the day. I feel it was run like some poor mom and pop business. Also no plastic laundry bags wihch we needed like the other Best Western places. The staff were borderling friendly/nonchalant.

The hotels' proximity to the Phoenix/ Mesa Gateway airport. The room (201) was not clean. There was significant dust on the top edge of the headboard, in the front corner of the room behind the chair, and along the base of the bed and baseboards of the room. The lampshades were dusty and the floor lamp was broken. The soundproofing of the room is also poor. Listened to the guy next door snore all night. We were very disappointed given the price charged.

Close to the Mesa az airport The room wasn't as clean as it should have been and the smell from the stockyard was terrible. It even stunk inside the room and with the heat on. Would never stay there again. Especially for over $150 per night.

The staff was friendly and the continental breakfast was excellent. the rooms were cleaned and beds comfy! Overall was a nice stay. The bar was less than "fun". Actually was pretty boring. There was a large group of families with kids staying on our last night and the kids were running the halls at 3am and were really loud. We didn't get a lot of sleep. The rest of the nights were great

Great shuttle service Nice breakfast Attractive lobby No table in room for eating or playing cards, just a desk type table with one chair. Loose toilet tissue holder in bathroom. Roll of tissue kept falling off. Robe hook in bathroom was broken and couldn't use.

Cookies. Service from kitchen staff. Upon finding we would have to leave for airport before breaskfast begins, she put us together some food to have a continental breakfast. Price. Found slip from previous room user. Price was half of what we paid. Desk help couldn't explain why.

General proximity to our airport. Our flight was 8:00 a.m. so the shuttle was a plus. The dairy farm literally out our window. I happen be raised on a large farm as a kid, but the smell that night was overbearing. The staff said everyone entering the hotel had a comment about the odor.
