The staff was friendly. The price was fine. Although in any other city it would probably be more like a 69.00 or less value...

The sheet and bedspread had stains. The bed does not have a matress cover or a fitted bottom sheet. The bottom sheet was a standard sheet that did not stay in place. The continental breakfast was lacking and was in a dingy hotel room.

we liked the bedroom (very well-equipped and big), the mattress was good too! the place was very calm (no noise from the road or from other people) and good breakfast (great little muffins).

how to reach the hotel (there is fremont avenue in Monterey and boulevard in Seaside so that's a bit tricky!).

The location was perfect in the sense that lot of restaurants were at walkable distance, closer to freeway and just 2 miles away from downton Monterey. But the neighborhood is not so great. The room was clean and amenities were just basic. This is more like a budget hotel. Didn't try the breakfast.

I think its overpriced. Other than that there is no other complaint.

I stayed 4 nights. The first 2 nights the cleaning staff did a very poor job. Did not make bed, turn off coffee, clen coffee pot, etc. There was no heat. Heater not working. Front desk had space heaters so apparently this is an ongoing issue.

Staff was very nice and rooms were clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was decent, with several choices.

The staff was great. It was cheap, comfortable. And its a short drive to pretty much everything in the area.

The pool looked unused and a bit unkempt.

Clean, well equipped and spacious rooms, very friendly reception. Situated quite well in Seaside just a couple of mins away from the sea. Because of the weather in early march I couldn't try the pool. If you are looking for a stay in the Monterey area at quite a good relationship price-value this is it.

the staff was helpful and curious the room was clean, and the breakfast was more than ada-quit. I will try to schedule A stay here next time I'M in monterrey. recommend this establishment. t5o everyone.

The lady at the front desk was ultra awesome.

The mattress was not that comfy, and the walls and floor in the bathroom needed attention.

Room smelled like smoke and screen door was broken and was too hot in room so had to open slidinmg door without a screen to use.

The room was clean, the gentleman in the office was friendly, I was able to park my car under a cover.

The bottom sheet was not fitted and kept creeping up. No bottled water in the vending machine

When I checked in I found stains on my sheets and the back door was unlocked. After i went to sleep someone tried to break into my room twice. The workers didn't seem to care, and also lacked a regular hygiene routine. Also the breakfast was bad and the bed was uncomfortable. Worst hotel experience I've ever had.

Room was not cleaned after the first night. No clean towels, bed clothes, bathroom not cleaned or items replenished

We were greeted by very friendly staff. It was not a problem to park two cars in the parking lot for one room. Lovely, high ceilings in the room, and nice enough furniture to make it feel cozy. The amenities included shampoo, conditioner and soap - and the shower's water pressure was great! We didn't take advantage of the continental breakfast, but it was very nice to know the option. The staff even let us leave the car there for the afternoon while we were sightseeing, after checkout.

Wasn't expecting anything more for the price, but the towels were small and scruffy.

It was clean and great location for the sites. Staff was extremly personable and helpful.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Also, the free breakfast was very good and had great choices.

The only thing I didn't like was the that the iron was kinda dirty and left a couple marks on my shirts.

Overpriced and the lights were on motion sensor so they kept going off if we were reading or watching TV.
