great price less than a mile away from the strip. best part was having the shuttle that would drop you off at the strip instead of waiting for a taxi cab which took forever. our rooom smelled and discovered there was dog shit under our beds wasnt very pleased, then had someone come clean it up and they didnt kinda of irratating

Gave me wrong size room, booked for 2 double queen, got a single king, they wanted to give a roll away bed as an option, hotel was sold out and didnt want to give credit or discount for the inconveience

The supports for the second and third floors are pulling away from the building in many areas, this could be a major problem and needs to be corrected now or face a large law suit if someone is hurt!

It was close to our expo location Had problems with room assignment but fixed the problem fairly fast. Our waiter at the restaurant was very drunk. Took 2 hours to get our food.

Very conveniently located near convention center. Rooms were large, bathroom was a bit small but nice. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Shuttle service well organized and nice drivers. Internet connection did not work well although this was advertised. We needed to go to the nearby McDonalds for Internet.

The only thing I liked about it was that I didn't have to drive. However, their advertising "just steps to Las Vegas Monorail" is accurate, it is across the street. To get on it is a 1/4 mile walk. Deceptive advertising. My conference was at the Hilton, the conference rate rooms were gone so I had to choose another location, I chose poorly. What I didn't like was pretty much everything. The room I got wasn't what I booked. Despite being 1pm they told me all the room type that I booked were full, whatever! The weather was really cold, the next day I asked for an extra blanket, and was told there were none available, and the last full day I was there, the room didn't even get cleaned. Not at all what I would expect from a Best Western and you can bet I would never recommend it to anyone.

Great parking and clean rooms with daily housekeeping. Beds do not feature a heavy blanket or comforter. The toilet fixture needs replacement and the ventilation fan in the bathroom was noisy

I liked 1. Free airport pick up and drop off. 2. Free drop off and pick up to the strip area every one hour 3. Free wifi The room allotted to me first had no Internet connectivity. They couldn't fix it and I expected them give me alternate room immediately. They did move me to another room the next day. I thought that was a poor service.
