Horrible and nightmare in Las Vegas! The most lousy hotel I have ever stayed. They did not provide what I bought online. I requested 2 queen beds, a WiFi, a microwave and a sofa. They only provided one queen bed. I went back to the office to change the room. Then I found no microwave and a sofa. But a lousy Wifi with only one bar, sometimes it went off. They did not provide some wash clothes. I found an empty soap container and a leaking shower head in the shower. So much frustrating. I will never recommend this to anyone. I request for a manager. They kept saying that the manager would not be there for a couple of hours. I guess they did not want to arise the issue. I gave up. The Booking Online should remove this hotel permanently.

I had one complain when I call the hotel they told me everything was fine,But should had inform me that my credit card should be in my name before I sign in.My father made reservation for me to stay there and I had a big problem getting my room.So in the near future you should watch the name of the credit cards holder and the person name for the room

Roomy rooms, good rates & not located right on the strip. After going to the front desk 4 times & calling technical support, my wi-fi never did work. We stayed 2 days. The connection worked just outside the room & the next room over was ok but not our room. The staff seemed disinterested is resolving this issue. But this was Las Vegas & we had lots to keep us busy.

I really enjoyed my stay however the 3 dollar per room charge for power was too excessive. There is no way that we used that much power. We booked three rooms and were only there to sleep. When booking it would be good to tell the customer about the misc. Charges so people can plan for them. I still have not received the 25 dollars per night per room charge and will stay on top of that. It should go back to the credited should go back when you check out which would keep me from having to make long distance calls. The hotel front desk clerks were rude when I tried to talk to her about it. You cant go wrong when booking a next western hotel.

Big rooms and swimingpool. Price was good - good point to stay for a while and visit Las Vegas and region Bar was small and full of smoking people. Breakfast offer was typical for american people - awful (cold eggs, beacon, potatoes, and similar) - some fruits was good.

Walking distance to Las Vegas convention center saved high convention parking fees, cab and/or monorail fare. It is a true 5 minute walk to the South Hall. You could pay $20 a day to park and have a longer walk. The room was spacious with kitchen space (with empty, but cold refrigerator), a living area with couch and dated tube TV that was separated by a pony wall from the bedroom space which had a king size bed, sink and bathroom. So perfect for the convention goer that does not want to mess with getting to the convention center every day, and you can always use the monorail to get to the strip if you want to play. The king size mattress lacked support and felt nearly worn out, but was manageable as a sole traveler. The facility was dated by today's standards, but walking distance to the convention center made it worth it.

We enjoyed staying very much and will again. Except for a few days we didn't get any face cloths or hand towels. And would ask for them and didn't get them. Later found out it was because Corporate was coming and they were putting the best linens etc in certain rooms for them to see which left other rooms short. Didn't appreciate that at all. Corporate shouldn't tell them they are coming. Just show up and check any rooms they want to at random. It's a shame the Hotel does that to get a good rating with corporate. Shame on them. The room was very clean tho.

The location of the hotel was quite good for the strip and it had a free shuttle bus that took you there once an hour and also brought you back . The staff were helpful and friendly . The restaurant food was also very good and value for money. If you had a car ,parking was free and widely available. It had a small pool to relax by in the afternoon The fact there was a lot of noise from quests shouting at all times of day. That certain individulas in the bar area seemed to prop up the bar for hours on end

I really liked the size of the room and that it had a refrigerator in it and that it is so close to the strip Kind of plain in decoration and also no tv where the second bed was. There was no shampoo in the room and we had forgotten ours.

Near the location where the conference was held. Very clean. Easy access in and out of. Friendly staff. The room was very comfortable. It took some time to have hot water for my shower and shave. Everything else was just fine. Very comfortable.
