The two queen bed room is pretty spacious. Our room in the 3rd floor was quiet. Cleanliness is I'd say 7/10. -No Wifi hotspots AT ALL in our room. Told front desk about this problem probably five different times already and each time they said that they will "reset the router" - never worked. -There was a soap dispenser by the shower but it was empty...

The room was spacious and clean. The lobby wasn't very inviting and there seemed to be people lining up to talk to staff every time I went in.

It was out of the way from the noisy Vegas strip yet close enough to get around. The bathroom could have been a bit neater and shower flow better.

The size of room and design. It was clean nice looking and spacious. Nice flat screen tv, with a lot of room amenities like coffee pot iron board. Also the mini casino downstairs. It wasn't close too much but it wasn't in a bad area The customer service was so so, and we weren't close to anything

Great value for the money. Easy check in. Convenient. Nice location. Decent pool and spa. Nice little restaurant/bar in lobby. Friendly staff. Housekeeping will knock on your door early in morning even when you have a do not disturb sign on the door. Loud noises (such as the aforementioned housekeeping pushing their carts up the walkways almost sounded like the roar of thunder outside) tend to be exacerbated by the acoustics of the building design.

The staff were very friendly from the check-in person, housekeeping, bartender, wait staff. Everyone was nice. Bed was very comfy. Love the shower head! The pool is delightful! Loved the smallness of the motel. The elevator is horrible. The door takes too long to open when you get to ground floor. I started to panic thinking it wasn't going to open at all. Also did not appreciate a local business shoving a flyer in through the huge gap in my door at night. Scared the daylights out of me. The room could have been a little cleaner. Kitchen sink had what looked like coffee that had been dumped. Toilet didn't appear to have been wiped down, and had to ask for a do not disturb sign. Other than that, it was adequate.

The best hotel value I have ever had, especially considering the location! For $24 night, not sure I can think of a possible complaint that would be justified.

not far from the strip Booked a room online, called the hotel to verify I had a king room a few days in advance. Spoke with a gentleman and he said there were no extra charges to put me in a king. Found out at checkin I was stuck with a queen room. Cockroach in room. No effort from staff to make my stay better. Very dirty. Dead cricket found behind side table next to bed. Stains in curtains and bed.

At first I was open to anything that could be nice or interesting Everything- I have never had such a bad experience- it is not over in a way- they charged stuff on my card and accused me of ruining the floor below me and my room with water- my bath tub didn't work- I didn't take a bath because of it even though 2 people came to try and fix it while I was there- so there was not water ran except by them- yet when I checked out in the morning they made threats to me saying my room was flooded with water and I damaged two rooms below me- I ran upstairs and took pictures of my room while the maid was still there- they must of knew I would get evidence that there was no water or anything they claimed because when I left people that worked there were there harassing me claiming that they are calling the police because I am now kicked off the property- it made no sense- they were saying they are holding me accountable for stuff that I had nothing to do with- the maid said she would tell them they are wrong- the first guy who tried to fix the bathroom stated that I should ask them to move me and refund or comp me- I asked to be moved but they told me there was no rooms to move me- but an hour later they apparently had a room open because they claim they had to move the people below me because of my room leaking- why did they just stand back and tell me when I check out- if something was leaking because of my room then wouldn't they go let me know or stop it- the second guy who came to fix the bath tub was the maintenance manager- he said the bath tub won't fill up - basically - I live in vegas but needed a place just to use a bath tub for one night - I do not own one anymore because I moved into a cheaper place that only has showers- it is hard to shave and etc standing up- I just wanted one day to sit and relax in a tub- I do this every now and then- never had a problem with any hotel or motel in any manner til now- it was a nightmare

The check-in process was quick and efficient. I had requested a top floor via booking.com, which I did not originally get upon check-in. However, the front desk agent was kind enough to give us a top floor, which we enjoyed thoroughly. The 2 Queen bed room was spacious; the beds were comfortable; and the shower pressure was strong in a good way. We also loved that the hotel provides FREE parking, and the proximity to the Strip via Monorail is so convenient. Thank you very much for an awesome stay! The door to Room 3121 was a little difficult to open from both the outside and inside. It was as though it was a tad jammed. Maintenance might want to look into this. Also would be nice if there was a microwave in the kitchenette.
