good to excellent service....and shuttles were a definite plus

The room was very nice and clean. The continental breaskfast was so good with alot of choices. Airport shuttle was so appreciated.

I appreciate the shuttle service from airport / hotel / airport, and the distance from McCarran International Airport.

Almost everything went well during my stay, but it would have been better if the guests in neighbouring rooms did not slam their doors when coming in and going out. I wish to thank Ms. Teresa Matlock for her good work during hotel breakfast service.

Airport shuttle is very few.

The free wireless internet in the room was awesome. The breakfast was pretty good as well. The room was neat and the AC worked well. It is under 2 miles from the strip , so it's pretty convenient. For the price, it is well worth it.

I tried to check in at 1PM and I was told by the person at the front desk that I cannot check in until 2PM.Then this lady comes along telling a long story that there was some confusion regarding her booking,she had called the previous night blah blah and he conveniently checked her in. And I had to wait until 2PM to check in. Another thing that pissed me off was that as people rolled in to check in before 2PM, the front end desk attendant had these people queue up and when they would step up to the desk he would tell them that check in is only at 2PM.Couldn't he have made a little announcement as they arrived telling them to take a seat until 2PM? A little bit of common courtesy and flexibility regarding check in times would definitely help

Helpful staff and shuttle to strip and airport.

Only 1.5miles to the strip. 0.5 to Hard Rock Hotel. Easy to get to airport and strip with shuttle bus.

Shuttle bus doesnt run between 11am and 4.30pm

Price and convenience to airport and shuttle. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was a plus but could be organized more efficiently.

Our room was redolent with the smell of a powerful cleaning agent used on the carpet which did not remove the stain. We were moved to another room on request. The first room should have been inspected pre-guest arrival. It was not fit for occupancy.

Good prices and close to the strip with a free shuttle to the strip

We called the night before and asked when we could check in. We got there at that time but they made us wait a half hour for a room. We was tired from driving 8hrs we wanted our room at that time.

The beds are comfortable, The room was nice and fixed.

We got two rooms and one of the rooms the sink flooded. It smelled really bad, also the ice machine, vending machines where broken. Also when people make noise through the halls, you can hear everything in your room, from opening doors, housekeepers talking. The ac in the rooms will turn off everytime and in the summer it gets very hot.. Overall I wouldn't pay more than what I payed for it, but Then again I really got a cheap deal... I got a cheap deal so I took the deal with the service....

There wasn't anything we particularly liked about the hotel. We made arrangements to be picked up at the airport after driving the short drive to the airport. We waited an hour. We called 4 times because we were told someone would pick us up shortly after we called.

It was unnecessarily noisely. The cleaning staff were working right outside our room and ,in the morning, the free breakfast was stationed closely down the hall and was very noisy. It was not a restful evening.
