    Convenient for the airport and The Strip (by car). It was very cheap considering this. 11 yo son loved the pool.

    Difficult to navigate out of here in the car as the road is one way and going out the back means you can only turn right at the main road.

    we were only stopping one night and it was close to the airport and away from the city bustle, but also not far from the city centre.

    Near the airport

    Not in walking distance from airport. Very expensive compared to casino hotels (double). No airport shuttle after 11 pm. Nothing special. You can hear the planes. Noisy air conditioning.

    Helpful/efficient Staff Shuttle from airport Cookies Clean

    Wish they had 4:15 a.m. shuttle for the 6 a.m. flights out of McCarran. We took taxi, about $6 plus tip (gave driver $10), which came very quickly. Lots of people seemed to be leaving Las Vegas when we got there at 4:30 a.m., so they might evaluate if there is sufficient need for early runs. Cheap enough taxi, so not a deal breaker.

    The staff's attention to my needs....I was checked into a room that the air was not working well, and the gentleman at the desk (Earle, I believe) immediately said he would get me in another room! I appreciated that immensely as I had just arrived from Philadelphia. The shuttle staff to and from the airport was courteous and very helpful as well!

    The location close to the airport is great. The facility was very clean and the staff folks patiently answered all of my questions.

    The kitchen area was very crowded. Wifi in my room was extremely slow. I finally went to the lobby to do the business I needed to do.

    Nice to have free breakfast. Rooms are nice. We had three different rooms and the king beds & pillows were all great. Fridge & microwave in all rooms.

    We switched rooms four times in a 6 day period due to various problems. They did however act immediately each time. Was told a taxi to the strip would be $4/person we paid $28 once we tipped $2. We opted to walk back from Bellagio at 2:30am. Took at least 30-40 min. Given the fact a refund wasn't an option since we used booking.com we were stuck otherwise we would have flown somewhere else on day 3 after realizing Vegas isn't our thing. Won't use booking again due to that as well as room issues.

    I was only there for one night after being rerouted by my airlines. I got in after midnight and was greeting by the night deskman(didn't get his name) who was pleasant and kind. He got me checked in quickly and gave me info on the free shuttle available to guest! This was especially helpful since I paid a taxi $13:50 to get me there from literally around the block! ( the hotel is next to the airport)

    Air con was a god send..and actually worked. The double glazing kept out the air plane noise and as it is just off strip it isn't noisy but still close enough to get there.. Breakfast good.. Swimming pool is a swimming pool not massive but good enough..very clean..and great van driver to the airport. Go there..stay there.. Love it there.

    Wifi..always WiFi in best westerns. Maybe it needs to be stronger..or more routers but in every one i have stayed in it is always weak. Even peak times and off peak times.. I am not expecting 5 bars all the time but at least 3 every so often would be good.

    Getting in to Las Vegas late, we were pleased to have a clean and comfortable room. The staff was friendly and helpful.

    Comfortable bed and pillows

    Noise level on first floor terrible, second time in room behind front counter and slamming doors and general people noise all night long.

    Loved the price, staff, and cleanliness. Made me feel at home. Really enjoyed my visit

    When I pulled up outside I didn't like the Best Western sign. It looked very old and rundown. I started to get worried about my stay until I walked in.

    Ideal hotel for a night's stay if you are flying into or out of McCarren airport, Las Vegas. They are very conveniently located and have a free shuttle to and from the airport. Staff were extremely helpful and stored a case for us for 3 days while we had a short trip to San Francisco.

    Can be a little noisy at night with people leaving at different times to get their planes.

    This hotel is close to the airport and has a free shuttle to get there. Free breakfast includes yogurts, waffles, cookies, jams and drinks. Free pool. Rooms are big and clean. Great price for Las Vegas and has no hidden resort fees.

    You can get to the Strip on foot but it will take about 20-30 minutes and it will be not very friendly neighborhood - it is better to take a taxi.

    Close to the airport

    I never seen in my hole life a hotel that had problems with the taxi company. They called one for us and it took 45 minutes to show up. The hotel told me that unfortunately because they are CLOSE to the Macarran Int, the TAXI companies don't make money , so they don go for customers over there! Simply ridiculous! Other problem, after we were IN the room for almost 2 hours , we were just resting and taking a NAP , the front desk just called US , and sailed that we HAD to show UP and show our documents ! The guy at the front desk said that was a procedure from the manager , we should provide our passports for them to make a COPY and see if we were really the people we suppose to! I complained and askeds why they didn't say that when we arrived , and the employee started given several excuses ! So instead of my wife and I had some good and cheap sleep hours , we had only trouble ! Simple ridiculous , that's what you get for the cheap value!

    Staff was nice. We were comfortable.

    Pipes broke - were not able to take a shower in the morning. Sink water worked enough for us to wash off with a wash cloth.

    Very nice spacious room Close to the airport

    Very unfriendly staff, not helpful at all. Claim they have complementary airport shuttle (says on homepage), but only between 5AM and 11PM. We were on our own, and almost missed our flight because they did not care. We were lucky to grab a taxi ourselves because a taxi arrived with guests (it can be very difficult to get a taxi in the night) Could not get a receipt on checkout due to computer problems.

    Bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of nice pillows on it. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

    Proximity to airport makes it a bit noisy. Window covering did not block enough sunlight coming in for sleeping late.
