La posizione è molto comoda sia per vedere la strip sia per l'aeroporto. hanno uno shuttle gratuito da e per l'aeroporto e per la strip. Sistemazione ideale per due giorni e rispetto a rapporto qualità prezzo.

La cortesia del personale, veramente di altissimo livello, la vicinanza all'aeroporto di Las Vegas (4 minuti di shuttle), la silenziosità delle camere, non nuovissime ma di buon livello e di una pulizzia impeccabile, la buona quantità e qualità della colazione.

Abbastanza vicino all'aeroporto, check-in e check-out veloci, camera abbastanza spaziosa.

Da un bw mi aspettavo qualcosa di più, letto piuttosto scomodo e camera in stile piuttosto vecchio.

Mentre la vicinanza dell'aereoporto non ci ha disturbato affatto....il rumore infernale di una macchina per il ghiaccio vicino alla nostra camera dava l'impressione di essere in un jet!

Hotel in posizione ottima per poi andare in aereoporto. Buono il rapporto qualita' prezzo. Wifi.

We stayed here on last night as close to airport. Staff very helpful and friendly. Good menu in terms of where restaurants and take outs. Breakfast good.

Lobby computer was not working

cleanliness.. early morning continental breakfast and coffee. I left at 5 a.m. SHUTTLE !!! Nice to be close to airport and have a ride.

I couldn't stay longer.

Front desk staff friendly & accommodating. Shuttle bus service to the strip. Ability to store luggage after check out, prior to moving on.

Breakfast area too crowded - tables not cleaned off quickly when guests left. Mind you, the guests could have taken their trash to the garbage too. Pool needed vacuuming earlier in the morning.

Shuttle service did not go to Strip when we wanted it to go, so we ended up walking almost 2 miles to avoid taxi fare. We were disappointed, because we booked the Best Western for the Strip Shuttle as one of the things we wanted.

The receptionists at McCarran Inn are excellent. They will do all what is possible to make your stay enjoyable. Shuttle services are excellent. Decent breakfast. Shuttle driver's are nice. Rooms are clean. Overall I would give 9/10.

The last shuttle at tropicana is mostly 25 minutes late. So instead reaching at 11.30 PM, it comes by 11.55 PM. I do not like to wait, hence this part really irritated me. Otherwise the stay at this BW was like a breeze.

Staff was very helpful, shuttle was great, very accommodating the location was good.

The room did not seem clean, the carpets are stained and looked dirty. The sheets are thin and worn, the towels are thin and worn. The room stunk.

Not a thing!

1. The air conditioning unit quit working and the maintenance man fixed it. 2. The TV remote was broken and the maintenance man had to come back and replace it. 3. Less than an hour later, the air conditioning unit quit again. 4. The front desk said someone would be up in a minute to give us a key to a new room. Forty minutes later, I came down to the desk and got the key myself. 5. The air conditioning unit in the new room would only cool for 1/2 hour at a time. I had to get up numerous times during the night to turn it back on. (No, it was not set to "auto", it just turned off not matter what setting was chosen. 6. The pillows were lumpy and hard. 7. Ugly exterior surroundings. 8. Paying $99 for the night and seeing the room sold for $51 on Price Line. Never, never again! How about refunding half the cost of the room? I regret having chosen Best Western McCarran Inn. The website showed it with good ratings. We were very surprised when we arrived. If we hadn't already been charged the room rate, we would have left and found something much better.

Due to poor direction from local metro I ended up walking 6 miles to the hotel. Why doesnt the shuttle go to the bus station as well?
