Our room was comfortable in every way. "No not likes"
location was excellent for what we needed really cheap clean friendly staff
The pool and hot tub were very nice.
The staff was great! They were very accommodating! Wifi service was excellent!!! Ease of access!!! Easy access to smoking area!!!
Construction on the road getting in and out! But was still fairly easy to get to! Ima smoker and wish I could have smoked in the room.
We liked or room and the location of it; the comfortable bed; the helpful staff; the clean room.
Water pipes very noisy in room 264.
My mom is handicap, and doesn't like eating in the dinning room with everyone. Ok so I'm getting my mom , my kids and I,some food to take back to our room. And your kitchen staff there, said no you have to eat that in in the dinning, I told them about my mom being handicap, and they were all we'll let it go this time. Ok so we called the front office and complained, to them, she said I'll let them know, you can take the food back to your room, because of your mom. So the next morning, the lady didn't know anything about it, I explained it to her, she said ok, but she was watching me, like looking at every piece of food. Ok so, I can only take so much at a time, I told her I'll be back, and she, was all like oooook. Not cool at all. They made it seem like we were taking all the food.
The bed was totally comfortable. The facility was clean and the staff were very helpful.
The room door did not lock and could easily be entered. The door also dragged on the door frame while opening and closing. The had to be slammed in order to close. The road construction was awful on the main street.
I stayed one night, no one in my family smokes but the staff is suing that i smoked in the room and charged my credit card. I'm now disputing it
This is a nice clean Best Western. I found it a few years ago when looking for a place to stay in Mesa the night before my flight. I now stay every time I go to AZ which is 3 or 4 times a year. Staff is helpful and always willing to answer a question or point me to a good restaurant or shopping. Always clean public areas... like pool area. Plan on staying there anytime I'm in Mesa!
They met every one of our needs. The staff was very helpful and the pool was clean and refreshing. It may be an older bldg but it wasclean and well kept. We have stayed there before and will again.
Be.sides the good service, the break'fast was FIRST CLASS and we thank you
The street was torn down and it was hard to get in the Motel otherwise OK
When I made a reservation on line and had entered the children's ages my rate did not change. But when I got there I was charged an extra $10 for my 15 year old. These are charges that you should make people aware of before booking a room.
The staff was very helpfull with a problem with the air conditioner. They solved the problem and were very nice. Breakfast was yummy....
Price and breakfast. The attendant was especially helpful.
Location makes you worry about your car at night and lots of construction made it hard to get in and out. Mostly run down property past starting to show its age.
The room was very clean. Breakfast was great! Pool was very big and nice. Great location in downtown Mesa. Room was large and had everything we needed. We would stay again!
Front desk workers didn't do their hair and looked as if they had just gotten out of bed.
Location of hotel, continental breakfast, microwave and refrigerator in room.
Ice machine broken, no fan in bathroom, noisy guests.
Wi fi was horrible. Finally stopped trying to use it.
Clean, well equipped. Nice and courteous staff. comfortable bed and pillows. Well decorated. Very good breakfast. WIFI excellent and fast. Centrally located for our purposes, which were mainly sightseeing around Phoenix area.
Two minor things. Shower faucet was messed up, but worked a little. They said they would have maintenance fix it. TV cable only seemed to have local channels. Staff said they were aware of the problem and it was being addressed and should be fixed. We simply watched TV on a laptop.
I liked that we were away from the pool area. that we were close to downtown and could walk places.Breakfast was excellent.
That I couldn't sit outside my room and enjoy the lovely weather.
The staff were friendly and caring The pool was great, beds were good,
For sugar restricted diets, breakfast options could be available, cereals with no sugar and non sweetened yogurt
The rooms were well appointed and extremely clean. The pool was well taken care of with plenty of poolside seating and the water was clean.
The complimentary breakfast was a little lacking.
We stayed there with my sons baseball team and the facility was kid friendly.
Some of the breakfast staff was moody, and that made us kind of uncomfortable.
Bathroom was very clean. Grounds and lobby were very nice.
Table chairs were very stained. I put hand towels over them so I wouldn't stain my good clothes. Fridge didn't cool and drapes were dirty.
