Best Western Plus Airport Inn and Suites  

Although the hotel was about 20 minutes from Miami International airport, it was very close to Dolphin Mall and Miami International Mall. It is great for shopping. The breakfast was great. The shuttle service between the hotel and the malls and the hotel and the airport made it worthwhile to stay at this hotel. For dinner, there were several fast food restaurants within walking distance E.G. Wendy'S.

The shower tub was a bit dated. The bus service in the area is almost non-existent.

Free parking. Free internet. Bussines center with PCs, printers and paper. Excellent bed and room size in general. Breakfast acceptable (no variety, but it's not bad at all). Fast access to 826, 836, Dolphin Mall. Car rented is a must, however, Win Dixie, cvs and Restaurants are 1 km distance from the hotel.

The hotel was clean, the staff friendly, and it was near the Miami. International Airport, from which we were leaving the next morning. Having breakfast included was also a plus.

I reserved a room with two double beds. (I was traveling with another adult. We expected to sleep in separate beds.) The day of my arrival we were given a room with one king sized bed and a pull out couch. The hotel attendant sid she could not change our room due to others were full. We were not offered any compensation for this incaonvenience. I would have gone to another hotel if it wasn't midnight and I had paid for a cab to get to the hotel. The pull out bed was not level. We did change rooms the next day but I was already mad and that did not help me feel any better about your hotel.

I reserved two rooms over a month prior to my visit. Upon arriving, the records had only one room available to me. My group had seven people in it. The hotel was fully booked so there was no use haggling for another room. All seven of us had to pile into a single room for the night.

Beds were comfortable, bathroom spartan but clean, very quiet. Plain decor was in good taste. Rooms were ready early and that was a plus as we were getting off cruise ship with 9 bags. Has refrigerator in the room for cold water, drinks.

Staff not friendly or helpful.Ice machines out of order. We asked for places to eat and were directed to several malls, miles away, We found we could walk 2 blocks to a shopping center.Listing in TripleAAA book is false. It is not close to the Miami airport. It does not have room service. Free breakfast is at 7:00 A.M. Shuttle runs only once an hour. Shuttle to mall only once a day. Hotel has only one trolley. While it is a nice, clean, quiet budget hotel it totally misrepresents itself. There is no cab service available in that neighborhood. We felt like prisoners.

The rooms were modern and very comfortable. I was so much more inviting than I had envisioned. It was a welcomed surprise.

The room was big and comfortable. The location near some shopping Malls and close to both Miami Express Ways (826 and 836) which provide easy access to anywhere.

The Breakfast Hours were 6 to 9 am. Since it seemed that most guest were families vacationing or shopping, everybody would come down to have breakfast after 8 am or even 8:30 (so did we) which made the already small breakfast room very crowded. Also, there is only one elevator and sometimes you must wait several minutes for it.

Is a good location, you can rent a car and go shopping, there is a breakfast. Wath is important but you have just in front a very good bakery.
