Best Western Airport Inn and Suites  

Very comfortable beds..breakfast was good...good location..there is a cvs and food shops across the street..not far from international mall..I Paid taxi $9.00 to the international mall and dolphin mall is the otherside I paid $12.00

The shuttle driver was not nice...he was not happy when we tipped him as if tip was not enough,,he was suppose to pick us up at the hotel and we waved him and he sped past us,so we had to take a taxi that cost $35..there were 2 of us staying in the room and they only provide us with 1 wash rag the whole time we were there...rooms are divided with sheet racks 'so we hear everything that goes on in the room next door..very noisy .otherwise the place was ok..i would stay the again .

Location, just out of Miami, on way to Naples.

Walked barefoot in room, feet were filthy from carpet.

Location is excellent, in the heart of Doral. Is really close to International Mall and Dolphin Mall. The area is safe and easy to get restaurants, banks and many facilities. Very nice choose!

The single elevator - very slow. Comfortable room but a bit tired. Could to with a refurb.

The room was big and comfortable. The location near some shopping Malls and close to both Miami Express Ways (826 and 836) which provide easy access to anywhere.

The Breakfast Hours were 6 to 9 am. Since it seemed that most guest were families vacationing or shopping, everybody would come down to have breakfast after 8 am or even 8:30 (so did we) which made the already small breakfast room very crowded. Also, there is only one elevator and sometimes you must wait several minutes for it.

Appreicate the friendly, helpful and well-mannered staff. The layout of the rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The location of the hotel is great for shopping and proximity of the airport.

Am not at all keen on the 'strong' smell that is used to presumably 'freshen' the rooms! The transport that picks up from the airport can be unreliable I had to wait 2 hours the last time,,, the poor driver really tried his best but seemed communications were not good, I would rather had been told that the trafffic was bad and he would be another half hour or so rather than be told he is on his way and then wait the extra hour!

Excellent room, vast area for price (value +) great for parking as well as access to the everglades and shopping parks. Facilities great and lovely pool for kids.

Bit noisy one evening as there was many school trips in the hotel. Some people not into queuing etiquette at breakfast also lacking clean tables at busy times in the foyer for breakfast, saw many people returning to their rooms with breakfast.

Cleanliness of rooms and daily cost

Very good location close to airport, outlets and very good access for all greatest Miami. Very good cost benefit considering the purpose of the hotel (business and tourism). Good breakfast, not so many varieties of food but enough. I fully recommend for who is looking for cost benefit (quality, price and location).

The machine of watter was not available during all days I stayed there. I asked for room service during late hour (about 11 pm) and it was not available.

The breakfast buffet has different varieties. Everything is good including the reasonable rate.
