Great bed comfort!
Tub's plug didn't work
Everything you can expect! Clean, well-maintained room.
Cereal an toast
Although a lot was offered it didn't live up to expectations
Nice little pool Reasonable breakfast including scrambled egg and sausage
The rooms are quite large and the bath room set up is great with one sink in the main room with the tub, toilet and another sink in the actual 'bathroom'. Breakfast was good and the facility is very clean everywhere.
The flat screen TV didn't seem to be real clear. Not really a deal buster as we don't watch that much TV anyway.
Nice furniture in the rooms, comfortable bed and clean bathroom.
I like Best Westerns in general. You know what your getting.breakfast is good, rooms are good size
Clean Rooms, Good Breakfast, Right off the freeway
Elevators would have been a plus. It's only ground + 1 floor though.
Thank you for the room upgrade. Our stay was great.
The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was courteous and helpful. Check in was fast and we could park right outside our room. It was right off the freeway but still quiet. All in all a great stay for the night. Would stay again.
Breakfast was good except for the eggs. Both my wife and I said they had a weird taste like they weren't real eggs.
Super comfortable beds. Twin sinks in king room. Large breakfast area with a good selection. Strong wifi.
Old wood smell, or something else musty in room.
Wish there were more of this caliber
The hotel location in the central historical district is very convenient. First time I have ever been in a hotel room that came with a recliner!
Stayed here for one night prior to driving to Fresno. Excellent location adjacent to I-5. The staff performed well. The room was clean and had everything I needed during my stay. The shower's water pressure was excellent and the Wi Fi connection was strong. I would stay here again.
A lot of noise from Main Street coming through the back wall. It stopped around 10PM and didn't disrupt my sleep. Not a big problem.
The room definitely meet our needs, and I would stay here again.
The fact that, although I made reservations. Yet didn't have any records that I was comIng, so good thing they had room available.
Staff was very nice.
Uncomfortable king bed was old & felt like bed springs were coming through the mattress. Only one wash cloth for 2 people and when I requested another one they said there weren't anymore because people keep stealing them.
The products you were offering in the bath were interesting. Brand name items.
The room had a terrible smell. Mold or cleaning products. It must be an old property. Toilet barely flushed.
very clean and comfortable recommend to everyone
It was very clean and a large room. We were traveling with our grandson and found this a nice place to stay.
Can't think of anything.
Big room, comfortable beds, good complimentary breakfast
Being a chain, it was to be expected that this place was bigger than the other hotels/motels we stayed at, but - even with that in mind - it felt just too big and very "anonymous" and impersonal. Weird "gunshots" late at night while a party in their conference center was ending. Yreka is a very depressing place, and so is this hotel.
Nicely located and furnished. Most rooms are very quiet, especially on second floor.
Wifi signal was weak; couldn't stay connected and we were just across the parking lot from front desk.
great location, we stay there once or twice a year, our son lives in town.
Good location. Had good reviews.
Cleaning rag left in sink. Hardest bed ever. Felt like a lower quality hotel. Outside halls less secure.
The patio and the hot breakfast
The room was so big, exceeded expectations!
