Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and facilities. Nice hot breakfast spread.

Great location to restaurants, night life and downtown. I know it's an older motel, but was very impressed with the updates. Had a quiet night for sleeping; very comfortable bed. Overall, really enjoyed it and would stay again.

Lot parking was tight.

Excellent staff. All were extremely friendly & treated you better than family. Eager to assist with anything you needed from booking excursions to arranging transportation. Limo/taxi service available on-site which was like having our own personal chauffeur.

Price for one night significantly different to another. $269.00 on Sat and $99.00 on Sun. Quite a price difference just because competition with marathon.

Hotel was easy to find-it was fine to stay at....We want a clean place to lay our heads and do not spend much time in our hotel rooms.

very tired looking hotel....the shower curtain was hanging on my threads. A mere coat of paint does NOT do the trip. the bedding was tacky and snagged.

I think this hotel was very nice, clean, and friendly. Not to far to walk to downtown.

The only complaint I have is that I booked this room on line and the cost was alot more than what I booked on line.

Location was great

Magnetic door cards kept losing their code therefore unable to enter our room several times and had to go to reception to have the cards rekeyed. They claim the problem is due to mobile phones demagnetising the cards however we have not had this problem before or since and we are travelling from NY to LA by road so it's fair to say we are staying at quite a few hotels.

While I was happy with breakfast the use of plastic/paper plates and cups was very wasteful.

I like the comfortable beds as always. I like the easy of getting downtown. The breakfast variety is very good.

The floor got wet from something leaking. The tile in the bathroom was broken. The bed spread and blanket had big burn holes in them.

Breakfast was excellent, staff very helpful, within 1 mile of downtown Nashville, staff excellent at booking tours for guests. Walking distance to Music Row. Bed was Tempurpedic which was excellent.

We were able to hear people talking from next door, but they may have been very loud. We did a day tour to Memphis to the Elvis Graceland which was completely underwhelming.

Quite close to Broadway and other attractions. The over-the-top music theme and gold sheets were a nice touch. If the weather were better we'd have loved that there's a pool too.

Breakfast items were a bit poor, especially the coffee, but still a nice inclusion in the price.

Nothing really. Wish we could get a better rate if we stayed often. We are in town at least once a month and have decided after our first stay at this hotel this past weekend, this is where we want to stay everytime
