Had called to specifically say we would be a late arrival. When we got there at 2:00 am after waiting for the shuttle to be fixed we had no room. Unbelievable!

In general: free breakfast, free shuttle services, free wi-fi, free parking. In room: microvawe, freezer, coffee in room, clean packed tv remote. This room is 10/10 from a value for money perspective.

there is a bad smell in some part of the hotel. But it did not affect my stay.

The price was decent for the area but that was about it.

The hotel staff was rude, the hotel parking was horrible and the entire hotel seemed to be trashy.

Stayed one night when travelling to Mexico. It was clean, the room was spacious.

Room was fairly recently painted, so a little stuffy. Unable to open windows. But, those were only minor complaints.

Bed was comfortable. Little else to like.

Various things broken. Broken toilet meant had to move room. Room not made up the next day Noisy - do we really need the elevator chime? Really annoying and kept me awake. Breakfast room was too small and had to abandon breakfast because nowhere to sit. Continuous noise from outside intruding into room, mainly from airport shuttle. Deadlock did not work in one room. Hair dryer broken in another room - reported but not fixed.

Free breakfast , size of the double room with extra vanity. Free shuttles, even though I did not use them . Free Parking

as a family going for a getaway the hotel location is not the best.( would probably be great for someone fliing into NJ as it was next to the Airport) It worked out OK for us as our purpose of the visit was to see the sights of NYC and the hotel had a shuttle to get us were we need to be but when you were back at the hotel there wasn't much to do in a walking distance

big comfortable room. very accommodating staff. but the best is the shuttle service to newark penn station--free in morning rush every hour and come pick you up 24 hours on call for reasonable fee per room, not per person. let us leave car for an extra day in their lot for free!

hard to access. it was a near miracle we found place. and impossible to get out to the west. i dare anyone to find how to get to 78 west from international drive. have to drive all way into jersey city to access 78 west. poor signage on jersey pikes is not hotels fault but it's a real issue

How close it was to the prudential center. Originally from Jersey city and a huge devils fan I'm currently living outside philly and thetrip isnt to far and its a great stay if your to tired after the game if your too tired for the ride home. . Very comfortable bed .

Need more parking spots. Had to pay for parking over night

The employees stand right outside the entrance and smoke. You have to walk through a wall of smoke.

Unfriendly staff. They took my money but did not give me room because I check in late even though I had noted that I was checking late. I am not going to come back to this hotel. Robbery.

Location: close to the airport and shopping centers like Jersey Gardens.

The room door did not close tightly. The parking space may be too small for the number of guests. It was normally complete.

No water pressure....disrespectful front desk.... No hot water.... Bathroom door broken....water damage under carpet.... Poor lighting

To find this hotel was a joke ! They need a big sign out on the main road ! The room allocated to us was not ready then the next room given to us had a stranger enter ! The desk clerk had not changed the room numbers ?

Room was great size and furnishings were very good. On site restaurant and fitness were a plus

Staff were friendly but missed a phone message that was left; housekeeping did not always put things back to where they should be; parking is too crowded and spaces should be limited to avoid accidents or damage to rental car

Two visitors who came to visit me could not find the place even after using GPS's. The directions have to be more explicit.
