Location and free breakfast

The guests in the next room. THey were very young and had their music playing loud and also had many guests, at least 10 in their room. THey were making all kinds of noise, with loud talking and people coming in and out of their room and I called the front desk and was informed that they would take care of it. THis did not happen and only after my 3rd call to the front desk and informing them that I was ready to leave, then something was done. The people then were quite but the next morning, they were knocking at my door and jiggling the door knob until we checked out of the room. I will not stay at your hotel again unless some kind of compension like a free night stay would be offered to me. I stayed twice in your hotel two times this month.

We definitely enjoyed our stay and were pleased that the help given during our stay was pointed and pretty accurate. It was placed in an area that was between places we wanted to see. The friendliness of the staff made the stay a relaxing and pleasurable stay

The parking was a little tight. We rented a Nissan Rogue and with a full parking lot it was not an easy withdrawal from the parking area. The only other option was to park across the street away and not being from that area was not sure of the safety factor. This however was minor in comparison to the overall stay

good breakfast though a mistake was made in the billing, the staff corrected it asap when the issue was discovered

The staff were helpful, but it is located in a boring area, the bed is not good, it is clean and i prefer best western over some others Thanks, Tim Ebrahimy

The carpets on the 1st floor are very worn out, it could use some female attention i.e. plants, flowers to make it peaceful. looks like a block of the concrete jungle, LA area

typical chain hotel, no charme, no style first room was at the elevator so very noisy, wireless didn't work, second room was o.k. if you don't have to be there, don't be there

Comfortable and quiet. The staff person in the breakfast rom was welcoming and friendly.

The location near the beach and a great place to ride bikes.

The staff was very freindly and they even had beach chairs, umbrellas and even beach toys for the kids to play with , how thoughtfull is that ? I broke my leg in March and I am still a little sore , but the walk to the beach from the hotel was a breeze.

The location is ideal with easy access to freeways. And it is a short drive to HB Main Street and the bars/restaurants of Newport. However, it is on top of PCH...which is pretty loud with the door open. With the door closed and the A/C on, you can't hear it though.

Hallways/stairs were a bit grungy...could use a deep cleaning. Room was very clean though.

Small rooms and terrible parking (very small spaces).

I´d like to register my satisfaction with the hotel staff. I have contact with the frontdesk person called Arthur, and he was extremely atencious and prestative, solving our reservation problems. The breakfast milady also was so kind and sweet, taking care of all guests with a beautiful smile. The hotel is very attractive, because is closer to the newport beach (only one block)

Nothing to say against this hotel

We had a camp trailer with us that we knew would be hard to park in the small and tight beach setting. The hotel knew this before hand and said that they could accomidate us, so we booked the room. When we arrived the gentleman on duty went out of his way to make arrangements for us to park our long truck and trailer near the hotel and made a tough situation very simple. Also, the woman running the breakfast room was amazing to us and our kids. Thank you Best Western Newport Beach!

The price

The hotel is a bit tired looking, needs new carpeting and updating. They need more towel racks in the bathroom, and a hook on the back of the bathroom door would be nice.

We stayed here one night in April for a family wedding in Capistrano. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Rooms very comfortable with a king size bed. Within walking distance to the beach. Breakfast was more than adequate and Brenda who helps during that time was a gem and full of helpful informaiton about the area and restaurants to visit. We had a great stay!

Fitnessraum könnte besser gehalten werden, aber immerhin hat es einen :)

壁が薄すぎて隣りの部屋のテレビの音がうるさくて寝れませんでした。部屋の広さは公称値よりも狭いと思いま- す。

Hat alles was man braucht, ist sauber und gut eingerichtet.

Atendimento excelente. Recepcao super calorosa e alem de muito aconchegante um breakfast excelente

Frukostpersonalen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam, kände sig hemma.

Ett antal gånger så fick vi inga handdukar eller toa papper, vi fick säga till. Dock fick vi snabbt hjälp efter tillsägelse.

Di tutti i Best Western nei quali abbiamo soggiornato sia in questa vacanza che nelle precedenti, è l'unico presso il quale abbiamo trovato alla reception una persona maleducata e scontrosa (Maurice). I posti a sedere per la colazione sono veramente pochi quindiè stato scomodo e veloce.
