no wifi in the room

We have family who live in Newport, Corona del Mar, and San Clemente. We visit often. We feel like your hotel is a home away from home. We will always choose your hotel when we visit. I responded with excellent because we feel welcome and comfortable there. Francesca and the breakfast is another plus and we appreciate that perk. I hope that you will reward her with a generous salary because she works hard and she remembers many of your guests and is warm and friendly. The breakfast is awesome!

Easy to find. Hotel was clean and room was comfortable.

I was not happy to find out that I could have the stay apply to my Best Western Rewards #6006636817842794. This disappointed me.

Comfortable rooms, liked the concessions at the front desk.

Unfriendly service who does not contact properly and will kick you out and not tell you until you return and your key doesn't work. They will also vastly overcharge you and discriminate against animals. Apparently show dogs are allowed and do not make them use the customers money to needlessly redo the room. They also overcharge for cleaning bills when telling you they will reimburse you for nights not stayed at the hotel. They will make up lies about a room being filthy when three people take pictures showing the statements to be false. I will not stay here again.

Got a free room upgrade.

Good location near the 55 highway, but not too noisy, large rooms, tasty breakfast with French cakes. хорошее расположение рядом с трассой 55, но при этом тихо, большие номера, вкусные завтраки со французской выпечкой.

Great coffee. It has been remodeled in the last few years, and is really nice. I have stayed there off and on since about 1990. It is better than ever.

Mattress was too hard.

Nice and very clean room. Little details like remote control in a little cover saying it is clean, an apple and a bottle of water, help making the stay pleasant. Did not have time for facilities outside of the room this time.

The breakfast room was ok, but why is it that US hotels offer such terrible breakfasts? "Hot breakfast" sounded nice, but meant som prescrambled eggmix had been in the heater for an hour, it looked like. Dry like cardboard. Burritos with egg and bacon in foil in heater tasted a little better, but not much. One type of tea, in teabags. The usual carbohydrate/sugar/ crap called cereal but worst of all; margarine, not butter, in a basket. Never saw anyone from the staff in the breakfast room. Eat breakfast somewhere else!

Smelled very musky in room. Pictures were 10x better than actual room. The 'gift basket' they mentioned 5 times during check in was Fritos 2 waters and 2 apples. I've stayed in many Best Westerns that were much nicer. I have no idea how this one thinks they're worthy of the extra 'plus.' Would not stay again.

From the start of booking the room to the arrival, to the friendly staff that served the breakfast...it was great. Wi be staying there alot more when passing thru.

It was comfortable, staff were efficient and the location suited me. I paerticularly appreciated Francesc's home cooking after long days at a Trade Fair - she was also welcoming and friendly - after being with thousands of people all day it was great (and convenient).

Friendly, safe and accommodating. Had a nice breakfast room. It was older, yet very accommodating and quiet.

Construction going on, yet you could see how nice will be when finished!

Allowed me to cancel a botched booking over the Internet.

47 min wait to speak to a representative was ridiculous, rude, and unprofessional.

We had to wait at the airport as we were places on hold when we called and waited for the shuttle pickup.

Mary at the front desk is exceptionally helpful and accomodating and very friendly.

What a great place to stay! We were coming in on a late flight into Santa Ana airport and needed something close and comfortable and budget friendly...it meets all those criteria. I snack basket in our King room was a great site for 2 people eating out of airports all day. Beautiful accommodations, extremely comfortable bed, quiet and a delicious hot breakfast. It couldn't have been better. I would highly recommend.
