Manager extremely friendly. Despite being on main highway, we had a really restful sleep
Oakridge itself didn't have much to recommend it.
The staff was very attenntive. There was no record of our reservation, but they found us a room. Luckily I had a hardcopy of the reservation.
No record of our reservation. Be careful booking online.
Good location Clean Coffee Breakfast hours- 6AM start was great
Non-smoking room smelled of cigarette ash Breakfast was very limited and the hot breakfast food was pretty bad; if you eat healthy I wouldn't count on their breakfast; bring you own, can buy at Fred's Supermarket down the street. A/C was very noisy
Continental Breakfast was better than I expected
Pool was murky and uninviting
For a family with young kids it was the best choice for a hotel in oakridge. The pool was the main attraction. Liked how breakfast was included because there weren't many other options in town and it was very convenient. The rooms were ok. They served its purpose. The beds were firm and the rooms had HBO and mini fridges which we took advantage of.
The hotel was more on the edge of town which meant you had to drive pretty much everywhere. Was hoping it would have been a little more centralized so we could walk to places. Also wished there was an elevator. We had to carry our stroller up the stairs.
The location is great, and very comfortable
There is nothing I didn't like, as was exactly what I needed.
Good breakfast Very kind staff
lots of pillows in-room coffee nice breakfast room
Water pressure a bit weak (upstairs) couldn't find a restaurant in town.
staff was nice, friendly, helpful
pool was unavailable due to algae
The room was clean and comfortable with great air conditioner.
I booked here specifically because of the pool but when we arrived the pool was green! I asked while checking out and apprently the head housekeeper and the owners were out of town and the chemicals were not correctly controlled. Very disappointing.
Good room sizes good price
The non smoking rooms we're impregnated with that smell they need to have more control on that
Staff acknowledged their mistake and worked on the problem.
Staff missed on our booking. Gave us a Smoking Room. It was a terrible night for all of us esp with my kids.
best hotel in the city
Smoking workers speaking loudly in the early morning outside my room
The room was comfortable enough and the front desk ladies upon check in and out were nice enough, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was nice. We did not have a chance to use to pool but it was nice to have available anyway. It was quiet which was nice with a newborn baby.
There were still clothes from the previous occupants in the drawers and dirty socks left under the table in our room that were not ours. In the morning while we were getting ready to check out at about 10 a.m. (check out is 11 a.m.), the housekeeper just tried to open the door and walk in without knocking or announcing herself. Very rude! I let the front desk know and they did nothing to fix the problem but say they would talk to housekeeping. I feel we should have gotten a partial credit or something at least... We paid $129 for one night and had these issues. I will not stay there again.
The location was very beautiful and quite.
The pool didn't seem very inviting.
Hot tub was excellent. Good bed and pillows. Really good continental breakfast. Good parking. Nice staff. Excellent Mexican restaurant nearby.
Pool was dirty with lots of bugs. Town is rundown. No TV guide.
The staff was very friendly. They went out of their way to try to find us a restaurant that had food my picky son would eat.
It's a really fair rate for the room. If it was over a hundred dollars, I would think it was expensive. But right now, it's perfect
Can't think of anything to complain about.
