We spent 2 nights at this hotel. Our "partial view" of the ocean was phenominal! Had a great view of the pier and ocean. Room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Staff was great. Breakfast was good, but hard to find. Will stay here again on our next trip to the Space Coast. (Grocery store and liquor store across the street. Great pizza delivery.)
Close to the beach and pier. Great pool area. Family friendly.
The hotel is made up of several buildings that are very spread out. Some of the staff were rude. It really left a bad feeling about the area in general. I wouldn't stay here again just because of this issue.
Little disappointed Very poor Bfast Room ok bit dated
We enjoyed our stay
Clear hudge room. Ocean view.
Loved being on the beach
Wish we had the breakfast in the building I stayed in than walking to another building.
Size of room
Sma;; breakfast room
The size and cleanlyness of the suite. The heated pool. The varity of foods at the breakfast. I like how close the motel was to the beach and pier. Our stay was great and would absolutely stay there again. I have nothing to complain about.
We had an oceanfront room with balcony, which was great. Staff were good, and the restaurant close by did good hearty food. Like all Best Westerns good value for money
The staff was helpful and nice Location is good Big room Good housekeeping
Close to beach & Cocoa Beach Pier. Not far by car to Kennedy Space Centre, Banana River and wetlands. 2 pools with towels, (and with wildlife watching thrown in); fitness centre; fridge; microwave, coffee/hot water pot. Port just down the road with cruises to Bahamas.
Only two chairs in room. A couple of extra, straight backed chairs which could double as bedside table for the outer sleepers would be handy. We had 4 people in room.
The beach was so close! Breakfast was very good.
Location was ok. Lady that was running front desk gave me a refund.
When we got to our room the smell was awful! As I began to look at the room I noticed the door had been vandalized and had spray paint all over it. I go into the bathroom and the shower was busted in several places and was NOT clean. After we had been on the road for over 13 hours we were ready for bed. I put the kids in the shower with their shoes on as bad as i hated to even let them in it and didn't let the touch anything. I took a shower (shoes on) got a fowl and it was a used towel had a lady makeup on it! And pool was outside room and was soooo loud didn't go to sleep until after 11pm. Beds seemed to be clean. Thats only thing! We saw a lady on the cruise that stayed at the same place and ask us about our hotel stay and i said well.. she said i didn't even take a shower washed off with rag!
Location on the beChfront
Noisy air conditioning - place needed updating
the staff was very friendly and very helpful to my needs and questions
the rooms were to small for four people lol
Payed for a partial view of ocean, asked for a upgrade, front desk was very acommadating.
Building looked a little old, needs a little upgrading itself.
Nice Hotel and the best place to stay at Cocoa Beach, near the Pier.
I liked everything and i recommend for everyone.

I loved the location upgrades are needed. I loved that we could walk to the beach & restaurants & the cruise terminal is about 3.5 miles away. Very kid friendly & they allowed us to check in early upon return of our cruise.
The hotel is in badly need of an upgrade. Everything but the tv is ancient. Especially the elevator. I was a little afraid to leave my things unattended for fear someone would break in the ancient door. More alternative breakfast meats (turkey) because my husband doesn't eat pork.
Location, kitchen faculties, our proximity to the beach, the knowledgeable and friendly staff, free breakfast, and the availability of beach rentals including surf boards and umbrellas.
Our exterior door had a 1/2 inch space beneath where you could hear the elevator, ice machine and people talking. We reported it to the hotels and they were going to have maintenance repair it. We will stay here again.
Clost & close to beach !
No premium liquor & limited bar hours. Breakfreast ok, but powder eggs & lack if beacon was a sure miss !!!!
I like overall atmosphere of the hotel. Feels relaxing. We got the room the garden part and at the corner by the pool. The beach is not far away (2 min walk). Publix supermarket is right across the street and some good restaurants nearby (You should go try Japanese barbecue place. Its awesome!!! Fried rice is to die for! Just walk to the right from the hotel exit around 5 min). Or you can go to Cocoa beach pier which is also nearby and have some nice seafood. The area in the hotel is clean. Comfortable parking place. They have a fridge and a microwave in the room. Also, they have ice and drink dispenser on 1st floor. Overall it was an enjoyable stay for us.
On my 1st morning, it was Sunday. Breakfast room was a total nightmare! There was not enough space for everyone to sit. Some people needed to stand and eat!!! It was a zoo! I mean the breakfast was alright but with this kind of atmosphere was unjoyful. However, during weekdays it seems more quiet with less people in breakfast room. So I suggest you to avoid weekends or the hotel should be more prepared for the weekend like that. For examples, provide more tables in the breakfast room, etc. I had one more problem I've faced during my stay. There was a scam call to our room one morning. We were so sleepy and picked up the phone. The voice from the other end said that he's a staff from the hotel and explained that there was a problem with electricity during the night and the computer system lost some of our information. Then he started to ask for our address, phone number. And (this is the most important part)... he mentioned that our bill is fine but the hotel needed to take a deposit for USD 100 from our credit card and said that the hotel will return this amount when we check out. Then he ask for our credit card number! At that point, I knew that this can't be right (Why should I tell my credit card number to someone on the phone?!). So I told him that I'll go contact at front desk myself. Then this guy hung up from the phone. Later, we went to front desk and told them about this call. They said that they didn't contact us that morning. They were so relieved that we didn't tell that guy our credit card number and we were not the first one who had this kind of call. So everyone should be prepared for this.
Staff was hard working and friendly. Housekeeping did a good job in an older building and made for a very nice stay.
