The pool and breakfast were both nice. We were on the second deck pool side and the sun porch was a nice place to relax.

The hotel could use some remodeling. The doors, windows, and air conditioner have seen better days.

Hotel exterior, public rooms and hallways need updating. If you have a room with a door onto outside walkway, it can be noisy.

Very good location near to Port Everglades and to beach. Good breakfast. Nice pool area. Free internet. Hotel employee arranged shuttle to Port. Check-in fast and welcoming.

It was a perfect location to the beach.

Many things. One that my price was 40 dollars more each time than when I booked two that is was over 150 dollars more to stay one night one week from first night 3rd that I paid 300.00 dollars for one night to face another building that could see into my room and on a side where sitting on my patio was no scene what so ever and the road work and buzzing from machine's they used allowed no relaxation. I will never stay there again for this price. It was a rip off and I was very disappointed. Most of the food was cold at the complimentary breakfast. The bacon was awful. They do not have complimentary rides to and from the airport or cruise line. It caused me 80.00 in all. 20.00 to hotel, 20.00 to cruisline, 20.00 back to hotel and 20.00 back to airport. That is poor service. Lastly the towel they gave me to go down to the beach was smaller than a bath towel. I was covered in sand. I could not lye on it without being mostly in the sand.

It was in a perfect location - within walking distance to beach, water taxi, hop on hop off bus, restaurants. They had a great complimentary breakfast - probably the best we have had at a hotel - great staff too!

General ambiance and facilities were poor, check in time was rather late obviously this was reflected in the price paid ie: you get what you pay for.

Location was fairly close to the airport and very close to the cruise port.Shuttle bus available for a fee. Beds were confortable and clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast included.

Hated the ugly brown carpet in the hallways and rooms.

The position of the hotel was excellent for the beach, marina and shops, and we thought the hotel was clean and that the breakfast which was included was an added extra. A great hotel to stay for a few days before or after a cruise.

The hotel is old fashioned and run down, but the clean rooms, friendly staff and excellent breakfast outwayed all of that.

Everything! After reading several reviews on Trip Advisors that the hotel hall ways were dark and smelly, I was a little leary; however, we did not find that the case at all. After traveling on a "red eye" from Los Angeles and arriving at 6:30 am; we did have to wait till 1:00 pm for our room, but we understood since the hotel had been sold out the night before. We were offered the free breakfast in the breakfast room which sustained us till we went for an early dinner. The room was very clean and the beds very comfortable. The location of the hotel was excellent. Just 1 1/2 blocks to the beach which was fantastic. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location in Ft. Lauderdale. Easy to get around from hotel. Love breakfast buffet. Rooms are attractive and always perfect. Parking is convenient.

Rooms and utilities are old. Airconditioning unit in the room makes a lot of noice. We had ants in the room.

Right away, front desk person was great. Waitress at breakfast friendly and helpful. Person at pool bar/restaurant was great. Location was very good close to airport(20 dollar can ride about 15 minutes).. 2 minute walk (no streets to cross) to a big beach (with a nice new playground) and lite basketball courts. Lots of palm trees everywhere!!!!
