Das Hotel liegt gut un der Nähe des Zentrums aber auch der Autobahn. Das ist Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das kontinentale Frühstück ist sehr spartanisch. |

We left a pillow there and returned the next night to pick it up. The housekeeper had bagged it, labeled it, and turned it into the office. I was pleased. The location was not in a very safe neighborhood--had I known the neighborhood, we would have stayed elsewhere. |

The customer service was excellent. The staff changed my room at my request to accomodate a different sleeping arrangement at the last minute. They didn't have to do that. The mattresses were too soft. |

Took us to the port for free. Just outside the front of the hotel the mono-rail system is there - awesome for getting around. They could improve their breakfast - okay - but, not one of the better ones I have had. |

easy access by public transit from LAX, only costs $2.50 to get to the hotel from the airport, by using the METRO trains. not in the best area of town. I wouldn't want to wander the streets after 5. |
