Best Western of Long Beach  

The bed it was very comfy

I loved everything

I was a bit shocked at the location, not in a very safe place in Long Beach. We were looking for a place close to the airport that provided breakfast which it did. Very few restaurants in the area other than fast food.

Nice hotel, good location in Long Beach, near the center. The breakfast was correct.

Comfortable bed

The info at Booking .com mentioned that the hotel provided transportation to and from the airport in Long Beach. What it didn't mention is that the transportation is only available from 7 am to 5 pm. We needed to pick up a cab because our flight was at 5:00 am.

Location

The door keys, many people that I saw on my floor had trouble getting in to their rooms, the key does not work first time... Not good at all...

It was a newer, well maintained hotel with a well lit parking lot, comfortable bed, clean room, and friendly staff.

The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The front desk was friendly and efficient.

The pillows were great but the beds, we found them to be too soft...but that is such a personal preference.

We stayed here one night in transit to a Carnival cruise. The staff were very friendly, informative and helpful. We found the beds very comfortable and the breakfast and free Wifi an added bonus.

Location was close to metro station--very convenient; hotel was exactly what we needed for our trip to Long Beach Ca; continental breakfast was very ample--room was clean and comfortable

poor neighborhood, small parking spaces for larger vehicles, carpeting in hallways needs updating.

The room was nice, comfortable beds. Close to sightseeing we wanted to do. Pool looked good, but never got to use it.

We actually cut our stay short as we did not feel safe in the neighborhood. The staff was not overly friendly, and there were big signs in the parking that they would take no responsibility in stolen articles or damages.

Location was good for our purpose of a visit to Long Beach attractions.

Not very welcoming staff. The first room given had a leak and we had to change rooms. We had stayed at Best Western Kingman on this trip which lovely and cheaper ( which is why I booked Best Western Long Beach ) The quality of the room, staff, decor and breakfast were acceptable but not what I'd expect from Best Western and I'd expect more for this price.

It was quite convenient for my purpose.

Easy car parking

Breakfast facilities were cramp, disappointing and basic compared to better facilities expected in Europe and UK. I have stayed in Best Western hotels in Europe with good breakfast, bar and restaurant facilities. No food or drink in hotel apart from basic breakfast and coffee filters and tea bags in room. Long life milk would have been better that whitener

Convenient comfortable

Remove the noisy ice machine from level 3

As we were joining a cruise ship at the nearby cruise terminal this hotel was in a convenient location and good value for money for one night. Breakfast was included which was a bonus. Lift access and free wifi. We were able to sit by the pool in the morning reading while we waited for our embarkation time

Das Auto war gut hinter Gittern (Garage war vergittert) verwahrt! Die Haltestelle der Straßenbahn lag direkt vor dem Hotel!

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr unfreundlich! Die Gegend ist nicht die sicherste, die Straßen sollte man am Abend bzw. in der Nacht meiden!

Vue sur la piscine. Hôtel très propre. Chambre spacieuse avec coin salon. Personnel sympa. Petit-déjeuner copieux, à volonté. Le métro à proximité. Le parking.

Couloir allumé toute la nuit lueur qui passe sous la porte donc chambre très éclairée. Le métro passe jusqu'à tard. Manque d'isolation on entend les douches des autres et les pas des clients au-dessus.

Überdachte Parkplätze mit unmittelbarem Zugang zur Lobby. Nettes und hilfreiches Personal.

Man fühlt sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung zum Hotel nicht richtig sicher. Besser mit dem Bus oder der Straßenbahn, die direkt vor dem Hotel halten, nach Downtown fahren.

Da localização!

A limpeza do quarto deixava a desejar. O café da manhã além se ser resumidíssimo, era servido em um local bastante pequeno que não comportava o número de hóspedes. A internet era péssima, com quedas de conexão frequentes e sem pessoal de apoio para resolver os problemas.
