Price asnd location. Pretty clean and updated for the price. Didn't like that it is motel-style, with room doors facing outside - safety issue for a woman traveling alone with a child.

Usual best western standards Very close to airport ! So woken early by flights taking off as well as close to a railway line!!!!! So again woken by trains !

Location to the convention center was a definite plus. It was within walking distance. The shuttle service and continental breakfast was a highlight as well. Starbucks is almost right next door. Extremely close to the railroad tracks and you could hear the train whistles all day and late into the early morning hours.

The price was fair, parking and WI-fi free, continental breakfast. Staff was nice. They had the bathroom lights on a timer and the timer mechanism would click all night long. Refrigerator was noisey. Poor acoustics - you could hear everything/noise around your room and people stomping upstairs. Difficult to sleep with all the noise.

This hotel has a kind, caring staff. The rooms were very basic but tidy. Care is taken to keep the grounds manicured, pool area was again, basic but nicely maintained. It almost seemed like a family run operation. Breakfast was good, lots of fresh fruit. Good location if you need to be near the airport or have business in one of the nearby business parks. The lingering smell of the cleaning chemicals was very strong in the room, over powering. Maybe too much solution is being used. The bathroom floor was a little slippery due to some type of cleaner. Maybe a clear water mop should be done after the cleaning solution is applied to the floor to help remove some of the residual cleaner which can be sticky and/or slick.

close to the airport People smoking outside the room. Nosey until about 2:00a.m. When I got home I saw two charges on my credit card bill at two different times. I am contacting my credit card company about the charges
