Thank you, everything was very good. Garbage pick up at 6am , i think from the pool or by the ice machine , it was noise with the wheels of garbage can.

Large room The fact that they decided to lock me out of my room because they neglected to take a copy of my license upon arrival due to there copier not working. As it was explained to me "it was the only way to get you to come to the desk" it was late at night and I did not apreciate it at all. I could think of several ways to get me to the desk, like ,maybe a phone call. Not happy!!!

Checkin was bad, no reservation and it took about an hour. Room was not made the next morning, first night the music was on at the pool and I had to dress and go to the reception at 02.20 AM! to tell them to shut off the music. Room was noisy, neighbours put on the TV at 07.00 AM and was very loud. Will not book this hotel again!

letztendlcih war das Hotel lediglich zum Übernachten gedacht und diese Anforderung hat es erfüllt wie üblcih darf man in US keine Ansprüche bzgl. Frühstück stellen .. Joghurt, Wurst, Käse ist einfach unüblich in US ... das Zimmer hat leider ziemlich "gemüffelt", offensichtlich durch die Feuchtigkeit ..

Der Parkplatz! Kein heißes Wasser zum Duschen. Ein kaputtes Bett wo Eisenteile hervorstanden und auch nach Reklamation keine Abhilfe möglich war. Jeden Tag mußten wir Handtücher reklamieren es waren immer zuwenig . ( 3 Personen 2 Handtücher). Zu wenig Frühstückstische. Best Western hatte für mich einen guten Ruf. ( HATTE)

El wifi q prometen, no fue posible encontrarlo. El desayuno no tiene variedad, teniendo tantas habitaciones debería ser mejor. Todos los días había q solicitar las toallas, los empleados en su mayoría eran apáticos y poco colaboradores, en conclusión, muy mal servicio

Gutes Frühstück, nettes Personal Obwohl für 4 Personen gebucht, mussten wir jeden Tag (4 Mal) die Handtücher für 2 Personen nachfordern.
