Cost of room Pool, courtyard, free breakfast, location

The King room we reserved was given away and they stuck us in a room with smaller beds. This room had leaky toilet that smelled of urine. No managers were on duty to talk to. Next day they moved us to a King room with no a/c and no hot water. Tired of unpacking and packing because of their gross incompetence we canceled our vacation and left in disgust. No manager on duty to talk to again. Hapless desk clerk charged us full rate for the wrong room we were stuck in the one night. The staff obviously never heard of hospitality training. Never staying at this dump ever again. Also they would not credit us Best Western use since we used a third party booking service.

The courtyard and the pool were very nice

Room was not ready till 4 pm even though we had a young child and exhausted. We were told it was because we used booking.com and if we had booked direct we would have had a room sooner. How they could know that I have no idea. We were booked into a second floor room and ther is no elevator! We requested the lower floor and were told it would be an additional hour wait. I asked for a nearby restaurant and we were told we should walk as it was right down the street. To my astonishment we were expected to cross the exit and entrance ramps to I95! The rooms are small and all the $$$ were spent on the courtyard when u look at the place without the pool area it looks like a red roof. Also for $140 a night there should be hot breakfast. There isn'T. U can get better at a super 8. There is absolutely no value in this place unless its for a night and ur business keeps u by the airport.

No toilet paper or tissues in bathroom. A/C unit did not work properly. We could not fall asleep.

WiFi is the slowest I have ever experienced in a hotel that offers internet access. I found it completely unusable on the Sunday evening & not much better on Monday mid morning with either my netbook or ipad.

The pillows were all too high. Due to sensitive neck issues I need thinner/flatter pillows.

Best Western Palm Beach is an older property that has been upgraded. This means the rooms are probably a little larger than newer properties that try to provide more rooms in a property but with less space. One point mentioned pior to leaving. The remodeling of the bathroom was very well done except for one item. You cannot reach the "toilet paper holder" when using the facilities. The holder is positioned under the sink behind your back when facing forward. Almost an impossibility. Recommendation: just place a new paper dispenser on the front side of the sink location for easy reaching. Nothing is worse than having to get down on all "fours" to change the toilet paper roll. I would assume all rooms have a similar problem based on the design. Just a thought to remember to improve your facility property. No charge for the constructive idea for prevention of other potential complaints. {8-)

We had just gotten married and were on our way to the Bahamas. We just needed a hotel that was in close proximity to the port, but got so much more. The hotel was very beautiful and well laid out. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We used their shuttle service to the port and left our vehicle at the hotel. The shuttle guys were very friendly and told us about the area and some tips. I felt secure leaving it there, because they made sure to tell us to park it within site of the front desk. If we ever use the port at West Palm again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

Staff very friendly and willing to help you where possible very helpful as my husband booked the wrong weekend but they managed to help us as we were there for a convention.Excellant location for the convention weekend, will highly recommend. Hope to be back next year.

去西棕榈滩参加培训，在booking上订的，价格很不错。而且具备很良好的地理位置，隔壁有target- ，加油站和best buy，非常方便。另外，很喜欢酒店的游泳池。

1.酒店不会回顾客的E-mail 2.在入住期间在亚马逊网购了东西，但是酒店的前台居然错给到了别人，该东西至今没有下落...

Aamiainen amerikkalaisen hotellin tapaan niukka, vihanneksia eikä leikkeleitä ollut, kertakäyttökulttuurin mukaisesti ruokailuvälineet muovia, lautaset pahvia ja ruokailuympäristö haotellin aulan vieressä rauhaton. Huoneen ovi epäkunnossa mutta korjattiin valittaessani asiasta. Huoneen ilmastoinilaite piti mieletöntä meteliä oli laitettava pois päältä jotta nukkuminen onnistui. Taksin tilaus lähtöaamuna meni penkin alle respan hoidettua asian tietokoneella taksiyhtiölle ja seurauksena lähes myöhästyminen junasta
