Guest Clerk (Ismeralda?) at check in and out was very friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was convenient and good.

room was good size with a great bathroom; breakfast was OK and the place was quiet for sleeping. Staff were great, too.

sheets did not fit the mattress and came off too easily, leaving a lumpy surface

Not well sound proofed from outside and other rooms. Heard water running an toilets flushing.

I was unable to sleep. The roof was making strange noises when people walked on the upper floor. I would not expect that in 2013. If the roof cannot be repaired they should dismantle the upper floor.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Room clean, spacious ja especilly the bed was very comfortable. Location was also good as the hotel was very easy to reach from the highway.

Everything was as expected , or even better, as we were not going for and expecting any luxury. This was really good value for money - thanks also to Booking.com :)

Our room was really loud by the street, pool and stairs so all we could hear was noise.

The hotel staff was very friendly and the facilities were kept clean. The location was in a prime spot for walking to gthe local attractions, if you're not in a hurry.

The parking spaces are a bit small, and tend to fill up fast.

The Wi Fi reception was poor and I don't have any trouble elsewhere in hooking up to their Wi Fi

Good room size, clean, quiet, excellent breakfast good choice of food. Very friendly staff, Location of motel. About 20 mins walk from Fishermans wharf.

Breakfast room very small, crowded at the obviously busy time around 8am, quieter later. fortunately weather was good so could eat outside on the patio second morning.

The hotel was in a nice convient location. We were there for a day to explore this beautiful area.

It was close to (within a short driving distance) of attractions that I wanted to see on the Monterrey peninsula. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help you in any way possible.

We liked that it is so close to Sunrise Home and the ocean, shopping and restaurants. very comfy
