Rooms backing on to nice gardens and pool.

Good, clean room. Friendly, helpful staff. Good location just a few miles away from all the action downtown state street. good value for the money

The staff made us feel very comfortable and nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms were small but well kitted.

The bar area was depressing

I was there for a special occasion, my daughters graduation, I was given the worst room in the place. No garden patio, patio faced parking lot, a pile of old furniture was directly out my door. Room backed up to utility room which made banging noises all night. When I mentioned it at front desk nothing was offered as a solution. Shower in room above was over bed in my room and noise of water running was very loud. Although it said it was no smoking, smoking was allowed outside, the only hour I had to relax at pool, there was someone smoking a cigar the whole time. I had hoped to be able to bring friends to enjoy the facilities, but they all stayed in much nicer quieter places. My room was skipped and not made up one day and my toilet did not flush well. I would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

It was a little noisy, I could here people's conversation when I was in my room and they were out on the balcony.

The hotel was very clean and the location was good. i liked the extras that came with the room like fruits, bottled water, and round the clock coffee in the front office.

The staff gave us adjoining rooms on the bottom floor as we had requested. They were very quick to come and clean when my grandson had an accident. Loved the lay out with the patios to the pool. The restaurant was delicious. Loved the food and the service. Fruit, water and candy in the rooms. Located across from the mall.

Didn't really care for it - rooms were very out -dated

I really liked that the room had the entrance door and a sliding door to an open patio which extended to the courtyard lawn, pool and hot tub. Nice touch. Also liked that the restaurant/room service menu was priced just like the restaurant - prices weren't inflated. It seemed like the floor in the bathroom/sink area was heated. Very nice.

I wished there was a printed TV Guide.

it was clean and quiet and had a nice bathroom and balcony off the room. I also liked the pool and hot tub and my husband enjoyed the sauna. The bed was comfortable as well. Having a mini frig and microwave was a plus and ice was readily available. overall it was a very pleasant stay and I will come back next trip to Santa Barbara.

there were no towels at the pool and the in room robes could be more comfortable.

The grounds were lovely and well maintained. Our room was only steps away from the pool and jacuzzi....lobby and car. Loved the front and back entrances. Rooms were large enough and equipped with whatever you might need. A newspaper outside your door and the convenience of coffee in the room made a leisurely start to the day.

Our room key (card) didn't work a few times, the coffee was not up to our standard (we bought Starbuck Via and used the coffee maker to heat water), glasses and mugs were taken and not replaced. All was rectified with a visit to the lobby however............
