“The room was large, clean and adaquate for my stay. It now has a restaurant and bar which it did not have previously. It was totally reasonable. I will stay there from now on when I come to Phoenix twice a year.”

Good location if you want to be in the city centre although we were quite surprised how few bars and restaurants there are. Really missed the buzz of a down town city centre. Hotel is okay, but is in need of a renovation. It's quite outdated. The breakfast could like most American hotels barely be described as a breakfast, but that does give you a good excuse to eat out

A lot of bang for the buck. I had a great room with views, friendly and attentive staff, and a nice continental breakfast every morning. I stayed here for a conference and did have a 20 minute walk to the convention center downtown. However, being someone who loves walking, this turned out to be a plus for me, as I got to explore more of the city! The light rail stop is directly across the street, so those who are unable to walk distances can still have easy access to transportation.

Honestly just the location I am still having a hassle with my bank overs the staff there screwing up billy I was not able to use my chase debit account because it was in the fraud alert mode they tried to access my account to charge 404 dollars 4 * times I will definitely never stay at this hotel again and will recommend other people to choose wisely the room was crappy and I never should have paid that amount for a room like that

Hotel staff was mostly friendly and courteous and breakfast area had a cool vibe. It was a little dirty and the lighting wasn't that great in the rooms and Wi-Fi was incredibly slow.

All of the above was great. Staff was easy going and helpful. It was an all round great stay. Breakfast was terrible, stayed for 2 weeks and had it twice due to not being organised enough to have breakfast outside the hotel. Nothing healthy , it was terrible. Everything else was great and i write this as ill be back to lexington later this year.

Location was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were quite spacious and comfortable. Breakfast could be better and more organized. Services need improvement. I needed some detergent and even though the hotel had a guest laundry they could not provide me any for three days and asked me to go it myself.

The staff was awesome! Front desk agent as well as the maids. The cafe could've been open though and the breakfast selection also could've been better. Location was great, close to down town, but not in the mist of all the chaos. Breakfast options...no restaurant.

We stayed at the Lexington for New Years Eve. The hotel requires some renovations but overall its not a bad place. The room was clean, the staff were pleasant, the cost was reasonable.

I will stay there from now on when I come to Phoenix twice a year. Not just the Lexington but everything closes so early in Phoenix! Not like LA where everything closes at 2:00 a.m. 11:00 p.m. on a Saturday night is just ridiculous.....

Pros: location - within walking distance to restaurants, the art museum, large park and the metro! Close to the freeway too! Excellent customer service from employees -- Cons: Fall 2011 they appear to be in renovations. Exercise facility was closed, hotel restaurant was in "transition".

Big room, nice shower head, located very close to light rail, good price (you get a lot of room for your money), nice breakfast, small kitchen in room with fridge (very handy). Although due for renovation, the hotel does look a bit run down at the moment. Toilet was blocked on arrival, so I was given a plunger to unblock it myself - found that a little weird.

The hotel is right next to the light rail station. The carpet was disgusting. I have a 10 month old that I didn't want to let crawl around. It took 2 baby wipes to clean his tiny legs after 5 minutes of crawling. Shower water came out yellow and staff never came to check it out, even after repeated calls.

I was there on my 22nd anniversity. The check-in clerk took not of that and gave me a top floor room with balcony (9th floor) with a southern view of downtown Phoenix. Was a nice view at night of the city lights. I apreacheated the acknowledgement.
