Good quality value for money holiday.

No problems

The staff is so friendly there was nothing bad I could say about this hotel. The only thing is next time I stay on the 3rd floor.

The wall are thin which everything is heard upstair over your head and next door.

The proximity to the Tower Amphitheater venue. The cleanliness and smoke free environment of the hotel. The staff was very friendly.

Breakfast - something we ate the first morning really upset our stomachs (eggs?) that afternoon and the meat (ham & sausage that day) was lukewarm and felt like rubber. We chose to eat breakfast elsewhere the following 2 mornings.

I liked the convenience of the hotel and its proximity to the Austin airport. I had an early flight and the hotel staff ensured that the shuttle was on time. I also appreciated that the breakfast buffet was available even for those who were leaving on the 5:00 am shuttle. The desk staff and the van driver were very personable and professional.

Very difficult to find at night. Only one road direction access.

All of the staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. We will definitely stay at this Best Western the next time we fly in to Austin. Even our oldest son that stayed at a different hotel, more expensive said "we got the better deal!"

The staff were incredibly helpful, including changing their own plans to to arrive early the next day to provide an extra early shuttle to the airport, and the key reason why we stayed at the Best Western. Everything else was top-notch, making us want to return.

I liked the nice feel to the hotel, seemed very luxorios and still budget friendly. I would stay here again.

that my sheets were not fixed in the morning, I was unaware that there was a policy that employees are not allowed to make the beds if belongings are on them. A heads up would have been nice.

The cleanliness and decor. Also, the friendly, helpful staff.

Did not like that there is no ac in the bathroom. It got quite hot and steamy and then I couldn't quit sweating which made lotion and makeup application difficult. Also, there is not enough water pressure. It took forever to get the shampoo/conditioner rinsed out.

The decor. Everything looked as though it had just been built. It was so clean and convenient and the dining room and breakfast were just what we wanted. Loved the oatmeal. Appreciate the availability of the exact items I eat at home for breakfast. The desk clerk was extremely patient and helpful when we called him for directions several times.

Some how we became lost the first night out and couldn't find our way back. However we called back to the desk clerk and he patiently led us back.

overall very clean and what you come to expect out of the bigger hotel chains. This was arguably one of the best best westerns I have stayed at. 2 things that would make it better: better shower pressure and bigger TV screen. Again, very nice hotel, would stay there again if the price was right

The hotel is very new, clean and comfortable.

The pool is cold, but that is typical of Austin hotels, not heated. Wished it had a bar.

Not one single thing

Out of food for breakfast, upon arrival I ask-where is our room? The desk clerk said"there is the elevator, over there" really? Can't take the time to say go up the elevator turn right on your room is on the left??? Would never consider staying here again. Very poor choice on my part. Very loyal Best Western customer.

The walls are paper thin! The people in the room next to me were having some sort of party lasting until 4:15 AM.......Could hear everything!!

My friends and I were on a "girls weekend getaway" and our room was perfect!

I knocked on the door near the breakfast area, asked for more milk, and the breakfast attendant took over 30 minutes to refill the milk decanters.

We are regular customers of BW in Gettysburg, PA, and felt the quality we have come to expect there would be replicated at the Austin facility. And it was. We also chose BW for its proximity to the airport in order to not have volumes of traffic to deal with in the morning.

Would have liked a bar where we could have enjoyed a mixed drink the evening we checked in.

stora, fräscha rum, stort badrum med badkar, sköna sängar, gratis transport till och från flygplats. buss i närheten som gick till centrala stan, hyfsat bra frukost med äggröra och bacon. liten, men välskött pool. gratis dagstidning i receptionen. här bor jag gärna igen!

personalen var korrekt men opersonlig. ingen stor grej dock, eftersom de gjorde sitt jobb. lite tråkig omgivning med motorvägar, men det går ju lätt att ta sig in till stan.
