Location in between the Venetian and Harrah's. Easy parking access
Easy access to your room and located right on the strip. Rooms were quiet and clean. Great Stay!
Condition of room
Lack of sauna or hot tub. Lack of eating facilities.
You feel very safe and hotel is quiet and very clean. Great location.
Furniture and location is good. Right at the exit you can find Macdonalds and Chinese Panda. Room is clean and big enough for 2 persons. Wifi speed is good.
Noise from Treasure Island show daily from 5 to 11pm. But usually you are out of room at this time.
THE BEST WESTERN CASINO ROYALE IS A GREAT HOTEL. EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL WAS GREAT. WOULD STAY AFAIN, GRATE RATE. FRIENDLY STAFF ALL AROUND.
EVERYTHING WAS GREAT.
Lack of knowledge to find garage
Enjoyed my visit to Las Vegas. Hotel was in the perfect location across from the Mirage next to Harrah's. Great rate and nice clean rooms.
Denny's on the property for breakfast. Outback Steakhouse for dinner. Cinnabon and coffee for get away day.
For the money this place is clean nothing fancy but close to everything on the Las Vegas Strip. One of the cheapest places to gamble
Location, price, cleanliness
I preferred the location of this place to some of the really expensive places. Really nice part of the strip! The price is unbeatable. No resort fee and free wifi. Had a perfectly comfortable stay here and if i return to Vegas, I'll certainly come back here
The room, and bathroom, were not cleaned appropriately during our 6 days stay.
Location Free wifi Clean Fair price
no resort fee fridge and coffee pot in room
Wish there was a microwave
small facilities , no cheap Price old build
Directions to parking garage even with road construction.
Being on the strip was the best part!
No view, just a wall :(
Location was excellent. Right out front door was the Strip, across from the volcano at the Mirage. Tina at the front desk was awesome. Very helpful and made check-in a breeze. Rooms were very clean and quiet. Mattress was a touch on the hard side but not bad. Housekeeping came in everyday and did a great job.
Finding the parking garage took a little patience. But I had read reviews and printed out a map that Best Western had posted on the Casino Royale website. Security guard the first night was not very helpful in his instructions on where to initially park while we were checking in. We parked in the "wrong" spot and he gave my husband an earful. We tried to explain that if he had given better instructions we wouldn't have parked in the "wrong" spot. That incident didn't start out our stay very well but we put it aside and had a great stay the rest of our vacation.
No ridiculous resort fees
There should be a microwave in each room or access to one per floor.
The room was nice and clean, the location is great and it was inexpensive
The ac was not cooling the room, when we called the front desk they sent somebody who said the building is old and the ac can only be set on heating this time a year. The hotel was very simple, the casino was a little lame
Price and location
Parking garage was hard to find
Very affordable price. The room was clean and cozy. Nice soft bed, comfortable table for work. Fairly good Wi-Fi (occasional slowdowns for maybe 2-3 minutes, but was pretty fast the rest of the time). Everyday housekeeping (even replaced sugar, coffee capsules and cups). TV had a waterproof remote (i.e. washable). Liked the ecology signs: e.g. each guest has an option to have the towel replaced (by leaving it on the floor) or reuse it (by leaving it hanged). No noise from the neighbours or from outside the building, no smells of any kind. Window with window blinds. Lots of TV channels. Door latch, safe in the room. The business center on the first floor was really cool (three computers & printer/scanner/whatever machine), I printed everything I needed (maps, airline tickets etc.). I'm not a big restaurant fan, so the vending machines on the first floor kept me alive until I found Walgreens. I forgot my toothbrush at home and was immediately provided with a new complimentary one at the front desk (literally, it took 5 seconds after I asked). Check-in was very fast. Comfy & clean elevators with mirrors everywhere. Ice vending machine on the floor. Good location (around are Harrah's, Venetian, Mirage, etc.). I am not smoking and I never smelled any smoke whatsoever for the whole duration of my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
No heating (I visited in November, and it was sometimes cold in the night) - air conditioning only supported cooling. Pretty good hearing of what happens in the corridor (during the day, e.g. 11AM-3PM, you'll hear housekeeping coming while they are still far away). Personal laundry was an option, but prices were really high (something like 3$ per t-shirt), so I went to the third-party laundromat instead (where it costed me 3$ for everything I had). Not the best view from the window (which is not important: noone comes to Vegas to watch what they can see from the window, do they?). Minor blinking-lamps issues (e.g. one floor lamp was tied to the switcher at the door, and it was sometimes blinking, when the switch is turned off - it was completely not noticeable at the daylight, but I noticed this at night; I just turned off the switch on the lamp itself for the night). The only browser on the business center computers was Internet Explorer, so beware. Place to drop-off the passengers is pretty hard to reach (a shuttle driver had a hard time finding it), so when you arrive in Vegas, I suggest you tell your taxi driver to get you to Venetian instead, and then go from there on foot (it's not far), unless you are carrying tonns of luggage. Entrance to the hotel desk is inside the casino, so the first-time-visitor might be a little uncomfortable going into the casino with the luggage (relax, it's ok, there is no face control or dress code or something). No floorcloth (I realize guests don't usually need it, but while taking a shower I spilled some water on the floor and there was nothing to wipe it). Shower control was a little confusing (temperature and water pressure are tied, meaning the water starts being hot, when you select a larger stream of water).
centre of everything small hotel 4 floors value for money no add ons safety deposit box, cleaned every day and quiet
only downfall reception in casino but that only takes a couple of minutes
