Score from 1726 reviews Good
Very affordable price. The room was clean and cozy. Nice soft bed, comfortable table for work. Fairly good Wi-Fi (occasional slowdowns for maybe 2-3 minutes, but was pretty fast the rest of the time). Everyday housekeeping (even replaced sugar, coffee capsules and cups). TV had a waterproof remote (i.e. washable). Liked the ecology signs: e.g. each guest has an option to have the towel replaced (by leaving it on the floor) or reuse it (by leaving it hanged). No noise from the neighbours or from outside the building, no smells of any kind. Window with window blinds. Lots of TV channels. Door latch, safe in the room. The business center on the first floor was really cool (three computers & printer/scanner/whatever machine), I printed everything I needed (maps, airline tickets etc.). I'm not a big restaurant fan, so the vending machines on the first floor kept me alive until I found Walgreens. I forgot my toothbrush at home and was immediately provided with a new complimentary one at the front desk (literally, it took 5 seconds after I asked). Check-in was very fast. Comfy & clean elevators with mirrors everywhere. Ice vending machine on the floor. Good location (around are Harrah's, Venetian, Mirage, etc.). I am not smoking and I never smelled any smoke whatsoever for the whole duration of my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
No heating (I visited in November, and it was sometimes cold in the night) - air conditioning only supported cooling. Pretty good hearing of what happens in the corridor (during the day, e.g. 11AM-3PM, you'll hear housekeeping coming while they are still far away). Personal laundry was an option, but prices were really high (something like 3$ per t-shirt), so I went to the third-party laundromat instead (where it costed me 3$ for everything I had). Not the best view from the window (which is not important: noone comes to Vegas to watch what they can see from the window, do they?). Minor blinking-lamps issues (e.g. one floor lamp was tied to the switcher at the door, and it was sometimes blinking, when the switch is turned off - it was completely not noticeable at the daylight, but I noticed this at night; I just turned off the switch on the lamp itself for the night). The only browser on the business center computers was Internet Explorer, so beware. Place to drop-off the passengers is pretty hard to reach (a shuttle driver had a hard time finding it), so when you arrive in Vegas, I suggest you tell your taxi driver to get you to Venetian instead, and then go from there on foot (it's not far), unless you are carrying tonns of luggage. Entrance to the hotel desk is inside the casino, so the first-time-visitor might be a little uncomfortable going into the casino with the luggage (relax, it's ok, there is no face control or dress code or something). No floorcloth (I realize guests don't usually need it, but while taking a shower I spilled some water on the floor and there was nothing to wipe it). Shower control was a little confusing (temperature and water pressure are tied, meaning the water starts being hot, when you select a larger stream of water).
centre of everything small hotel 4 floors value for money no add ons safety deposit box, cleaned every day and quiet
only downfall reception in casino but that only takes a couple of minutes
Location, ground floor
Alittle cool in the room
great value for money, cleanliness, WIFI, excellent location
You cannot open the windows, but it is normal because you are on the main street = Las Vegas Strip.
nice clean rooms, quiet.
Finding the parking lot during the construction was very challenging.
everything especially non smoking hotel and location ,and so friendly ,clean and affordable .Will definitely be back to stay here.
it would have been nice if they had a breakfast option available ,so we didn't have to go out looking for somewhere to eat before going on an early tour
Especially the location was terrific as the three shows we were taking in were in the 3 hotels closest to Casino Royal Very good coffee always available in the room
Carpets were old and dirty There was no cafe or restaurant in this hotel
Location, friendly, quiet room, good value.
The best value, no resort fees, and being close to the center of the strip made this a excellent choice for my needs. I was all business, there for the Las Vegas Marathon, but when it was time to play I have to admit the $1 Michelob and fun bartenders kept me coming back! Room was flawless, huge pillows made my evenings after two races! No issues at all! Loved the mini Keurig coffee & tea every morning all four days! I was next to an ice machine and did hear it but not anything that bothered me. Housekeeping were all smiles. Front desk rocked, professional & still fun. Loved everyone of them. Muchas Gracias!
This is very minor, the housekeeping supply closet was across from me 422 and they could be noisy, but I didnt stick around the room too often ;)
Room was clean and staff was responsive, friendly and helpful.
There was construction noise, and noise outside early in the morning.
The location is excellent
does not look much from outside but rooms are surprisingly spacious and clean
it was very aforadable and nice. i have stayed at paris, aria, mgm, nyny, and some others, and this was 1/2 the price while being very comfortable. granted its not as amenity rich as the others, but it is a great cheap place to stay. the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. the staff was very nice and great to work with.
Location location location
limited food options
very good location, close to all attractions. free, fast internet. clean, comfortable bed/room.
Location was great, staff were friendly, walking distance to many attractions, bus stop close to hotel to take you to Fremont Street (highly recommend the bus)
registration desk and parking not the easiest to locate. Had to ask for directions to locate the parking garage. Guard in parking garage not very helpful, they didn't stop us coming in to advise where to park.
The bed was comfy and the kueric was handy
Security was non existent The room keys needed to be replacrped/ reprogrammed daily
The location is right across from the Mirage and adjacent to Harrah'S. Caesar's Palace is minutes away. You can't beat the price and who is spending that much time in a room when you're in Vegas. I'd stay here again!
Because of the construction the Airport Shuttle had to drop-off and pick- up in an alley with dumpsters. The smell was not the most pleasant.
Services as expected
Payment upfront (booked via booking.com)
Location price casino
Central location, great price, comfortable rooms, Bonus points for Refrigerator in room, Kuerig coffee maker and WIFI. Best part NO RESORT FEE. Would stay there again in a heart beat.
Construction going on North side next to hotel and multiple trucks behind hotel. Hard to park to pack/unpack luggage. Hope only temporary problem.
On the strip. Near everything. Not a 20 minute walk to your room.
The room was good, it was clean, and the staff cleaned it promptly. The amenities in the room were what you would expect. The bed and TV were good. Location on the strip was convenient.
No bell service, no taxi assistance, (needed in Las Vegas). Had to pull my luggage through a crowded casino. For the money I could have done better.
Location and staff were excellent.
