Everything was clean and comfortable and we love your breakfasts. We have stayed here several times, except when it's booked full. So that must be a good sign. Your cleaning people and staff are very friendly. Thank you for a great stay!
I really can't think of anything, except the chairs at the desk were pretty uncomfortable for me, but that's minor.
A wonderful and attractive property, well-staffed and very clean. Ideally situated along the picturesque Provo river directly adjacent to a tree-lined path. My new favorite Provo location to stay.
I loved being right on the river. I asked for a view and we got it. Left our windows open and heard the water. Took a great walk on the pathway. Loved walking to BYU and the football stadium. No worries about parking.
Only real complaint is that it was warm. The A/C was loud and would go on and off and didn't really cool the room, so we opened the windows instead. The insulation for noise around the door could be better.
The location and ease of getting in and out.
We bought some donuts and left them in the table in their box. In the morning they were covered in ants. Freaked the kids out a little.
The staff were kind, accommodating. Wonderful!
Our reservations were made months in advnce. Would be nice to receive a reminder a day or so in advavance to know of reservations. I misplaced my confirmation number and place as where I made reservations (since I travel a lot). I had to call several hotels in the area if I had made reservations with each hotel until I contacted the right hotel. A reminder woul have saved misfits, like me alot of time.
Was very convenient to the area of business I needed to go and was very quite and the hot tub was great the pool and so was the pool.
Not a lot of parking and bathroom tub wasn't clean had hair and soap film in it but other then that it was good room.
Very happy would stay again. Great location.
We have stayed in the same hotel for years. It was a Best Western and a great place to stay, now not so great.
Except for the new beds, the rooms are looking a little tattered! Especially the bathroom tiles.
Great location to BYY. very peaceful area, restaurants within walking distance.
disrespectful group of LDS women in the room next door had gathered together to party until 12:30am. It was not possible get to a very much needed good nights rest after 12 hours on road. Attempts to get their attention by banging on the door failed to get their attention.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The hotel was pretty "Tired", needs some updating, beds were uncomfortable and old and the plumbing didn't drain well. The food was only adequate.
The large spacious room but we didn't know the balcony room was an option for only 10 dollars more - we would have booked it for sure.
The noisy toilet kept running which we reported. The insulation around the door is nil and there is no door threshold to keep out the hall noises and the noise from the ice machine across from us. We bought ear plugs.
The room was clean and comfortable.
The hotel is a little difficult to find. The room was excessively warm. We tried using the air conditioner, but with no success. We then opened both windows and turned on the bathroom fan to get any relief, and still could not cool it down to a comfortable temp. to sleep, and this was in the beginning of April.
Very Quiet. View of the mountains outside our window was fantastic!
Hands down the best hotel in provo. Period.
The coffee kinda sucked.
Better than expected
Just about everything. We have stayed here before under the past owners and the new Hallmark has kept the same service, if not better. We will stay here again
I can't honestly say there is anything we didn't like. About the only thing that can come close to a complaint is a wish that they would serve some different items at the breakfast, a different style of eggs, different meat, etc. each day through the week, other than that all was great.
The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I liked that the prices were reasonable and the rooms seemed to be from a higher priced hotel. I love, love, love, the location. It was beautiful and peaceful, even though it was in the heart of Provo.
The remote was tough to get the tv on and channels changed, however the clean remote was a great idea.
Nice decor, relatively clean room.
Floor needed to be vacuumed better. Found someone's sunglasses at the side of the bed.
Cookies right when we came in and the smell and feel of the lobby was great. Payed for a super 8 and received the luxury of a hilton. If I ever come by again I'll be sure to stay here.
Staff was attentive and the hotel was warm and inviting. Also, it was super cute and modern.
Bathroom door opened awkwardly covering up the closet.
Convenient location very close to BYU.
Hot breakfast wasn't all expected. Perhaps should advertise as continental breakfast with partial hot breakfast.
The location was very convenient for all that I needed to do. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and the staff were very helpful.
The WiFi did not work the entire time I was there. This was a bit frustrating as I had a lot of things that I needed to do - but had to use my personal phone data plan to get it done. The computers in the front lobby would not allow me to print some documents I needed - but the staff helped me get it done.
Air conditioner was broken in our room. So we were left with a super hot room. We even had the window open. Breakfast was very poor food wasn't restocked so we weren't able to eat much.
