Clean, spacious and comfortable room with pleasant and friendly staff.

No decent facilities nearby for dinner.

Nothing to complain about this hotel. Very clean, close to the AirPort and budget friendly.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and we appreciated the breakfast bag when leaving early in the morning since we could not take advantage of the complimentary breakfast.

Instructions for pick up by courtesy shuttle were confusing. There were no restaurants close by - only a hamburger joint. Also, after travelling for over 12 hours we were tired and hungry and anxious to get to our hotel. The courtesy shuttle driver forgot our stop. So instead of being the 1st drop-offs in an overloaded van of 17 people we were the last.

Suite style suites us best. loveseat and separate area allows for some relaxation when traveling.

Pillows on the bed were the worst we have ever had. All were hard /firm and did not allow a good night sleep.

Shuttle service to hotels and local steak house great. Rooms are comfortable. Good location

My husband and I enjoyed our king suite very much. The staff was very nice and helpful. Looking forward to brining our grandkids and staying so we can do some shopping at Grapevine Mills Mall.

The bed was a little to hard for our liking.

I appreciated the proximity to the airport and the shuttle service. Shuttle pick-up was conveniently offered every 45 minutes. The shuttle arrived on-time and took exactly the amount of time to get to the airport as we were told. I also liked the Texas-shaped waffle maker in the dining area. That was a fun touch!

No resturants closeby. Pillows were all the same. All firm foam.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and accommodating. The room was above expectations for the price, i will try to stay at your hotel chain more often.

Not close to anything, except the airport. There is no local transportation except taxis so it is difficult to non-business activities.

Big bed.

The guy at the counter the night we checked in was not helpful. We asked him to put our room number down for a shuttle to the airport at 5:30am the next morning. He did; however, he put the wrong room number down. He also failed to tell me that there was no shuttle at 5:30am and that it was at 5:25am and we were required to be down there 5 minutes early. We missed that shuttle. If it weren't for the nice guy in the morning who called and asked the shuttle to come back for us, then we would have been late. You can not assume that we would know the shuttle times and that we need to be down there 5 minutes early. The guy working at night specifically said that we could call him and let him know what time we needed a shuttle. We checked in the night of Saturday, 10/13/12 around 9/9:30pm. I did not appreciate his service as he was not helpful at all and almost made us miss our flight. Again, the gentlemen in the morning was kind and did everything he could to correct the situation to ensure we got on our flight in time. This is unacceptable.

My room was very nice, clean, well equipt with all the necessities plus. The pool was clean, and the fountain sounds drowned out the planes and highway and the landscaping covered up the parking area ,so it was very pleasant to swim and relax out there. The staff person at the desk was helpful and gave me directions to return my rental car.

There was some noise during the night of passers by in the hallway, but nothing that was ongoing. It was hard to find a resturaunt nearby other than Denny's, but I did find a decent one in the Marriot down the street

Value for money excellent. Rooms very spacious and clean. Staff always willing to assist partiularly Orthelia on front desk. A very pleasant stay.

Definitely not worth wtaying at the hotel if you want to get around and look at things.... Private transport then a must. Extremely limited choice of restaurants to eat at withing close proximity. Road works close by make traveling sometimes to immediate destinations complicated.

Close to airport and a clean facility

The air conditioner was extremly noisey causing us to wake up several times, I finnaly turned it off just to get some rest. The bed is of poor quality, very hard and after a few hours lying on it I found myself constantly turning because of the pressure on my hips. We were so displeased with this room that I booked another hotel on our return trip in 14 days and took the loss of a prepaid room rather than spend another night in onw of their rooms.

I was born out of the states; therefore, I have travel a lot and I can honestly say, this has been the best hotel that I have stayed in. The bed was amazing!!! The room big!! The bathroom: clean, water was hot, and the mirror was large enough. It had everything you need to be "like at home". I honestly will recommend this place and when I travel to Dallas again, this is where I am staying!

The pool did not had the jacuzzi ready and there were no signs or anything and the water was super cold. What a shame, I really loved how lovely and nice it looked. (Besides that, nothing was wrong)

The reception staff were ver helpful even printing out directions we needed. Room was very clean and internal noise was minimal being so near the airport the aircraft noise ws as expected. Breakfast was fresh, plentiful and tasty so much better than expected. Would stay again if in area.

No complaints about the room or the staff; breakfast was good. Swimming pool was nice, though the weather was too cold for anything but a bit of wading.

The jacuzzi was broken and non-operational the entire 5 days we were there, a major disappointment, especially since it was (as said above) too cool for swimming. The location, although very handy to the DFW airport (which is why I chose this hotel online) was in an uninteresting area -- much construction, no nearby activities. Access to the highway next to the hotel (TX-114), while easy Eastbound, was very convoluted Westbound, partly because of the construction, but inherently rather indirect and circuitous (basically you had to circle a block in order to cross a street).

As rated the hotel met our expectaitons. Would certainly use again.

There was a problem with courtesy bus collecting us from airport we waited over an hour to be picked up. However, the receptionist at the hotel did all she could to help.

2回　別々な日で　別々の部屋に泊まったけれど、どちらの部屋もエアコンが効かなかった。ダラスはこの時期　夜朝と日中の温度差がかなりあり、体調を崩しやすくなるのでこの点は感心できなかった。それとシャトルバス- の表示が小さくわからなかった。数ホテル共有のシャトルなので注意が必要かも。翌日の出発も事前の予約が必- 要。ちょっと手間です。
