Location, and facilities for children very good.
Freeway, nearby, hard to get to.
Price, large pool, location
The hotel had an old, unclean feeling. The breakfast was mediocre. We were told that there would be cooked to order eggs and that was not true. The air conditioner was so loud in the room that it was hard to sleep. The living room area had a very uncomfortable hide-a-bed and we didn't realize until after an uncomfortable night's sleep that one of the light switches was actually a switch to turn on an air vent for the living room where the hide-a-bed was. It was very warm and uncomfortable sleeping in that room.
Liked the room, the beds were good
The pool area was dirty and not towels available to dry off.
Comfortable room. Great breakfast. Friendly staff, especially front desk.
Noisy at night. Had to call and complain one night. Front desk handled right away though, and took care of it satisfactorily. Fitness room treadmill out of order.
It was really nice. We enjoyed it.
There breakfast was the same everyday. Eggs and sausage. We stayed 9 nights. They need to change it up a lil everyday. Because the same thing everyday was kinda awful.
Location was great. Staff was very accommodating and friendly.
The WiFi was terrible, very slow and spotty. The pull out bed was very uncomfortable, had to go ask for blankets and pillows. None available in room.
Everything was fantastic
The fact that I did not receive a receipt for my stay
Location and layout of the room
Facility in disrepair and no attempt was made to fix it when we brought it to their attention.
Great staff at the front desk. Always greeted. Had lemonade at the front deck. Good breakfast, good selection of foods. Great coffee. Breakfast staff was great.
Closet Doors would not shut, informed staff. Small attempt was made to correct. Never did work correctly. Flapper valve was bad in toilet, water would run about every 20 minutes. Also, informed staff. Was still leaking when I checked out.
The location was convenient.
Every day of my stay the room key(s) were made inactive. Each return to the hotel at the end of the day required me to stop by the front desk and get new keys. The explanation of the front desk personnel was that "some of the front desk staff was new". I felt that activating room keys for the duration of someone's stay would be standard practice. In addition, the room was musty, dark, and out-dated. Not a good value at over $200/night.
Sofabed for extra sleep space. Breakfast
Bathroom too small Fitness room also very small
Great location. Lovely indoor pool.
The suite was smaller than expected, but not at all uncomfortable.
Layout of room....Best ever with 2 separate rooms....much better than Hilton Homewood Suites. Very spacious, beds and pillows were great. We would come back.
The room was comfortable, very relaxing set up, lots of room for. Easy access to the freeway, decent location (not too far from everything)
Just the freeway noise
Business center was readily available for use of the computer. Pool was nice. Ample parking.
Very Noisy. Hear people in the hallway as well as people above. Everytime the water is used above or next-door it can be heard.
The room was a suite.
when using the bedding we found a wad of hair in the folded sheets, not cool. The main bathroom at the front was not clean and in poor use. In the room the bathrooms needed updating.
The staff was so friendly and helpful. The location was great for travelers on the go. There was also a lot of families with young children.
Location was great. Room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The pool/hot tub area was nice and big...and not crowded at all when we were there. The hot chocolate in the lobby was a huge hit with the kids and became a fun routine after swimming in the pool (and visiting Sandia Peak...brrrrr).
Breakfast was the same all four mornings we were there...eggs and sausage. Would have been nice to have some variety. Also, the breakfast eating area felt very crowded. The wifi connection was very poor...we continually got kicked off the network, which was quite frustrating when my kids were trying to watch netflix on the iPad.
loved the breakfast and the indoor pool!!!!
the breakfast was good
I booked a king room with one king bed I have a bestwestern membership card and I did not get what I booked
Josh was very nice and professional at check in.
Int have enough bedding for the kids on the pull out...no comforter
The staff was fabulous. I met the lady who staffed the breakfast area and she made me feel so welcome that I felt like I was in the kitchen of a good friend. Besides, the food was marvelous. The staff at the front desk were also lovely to deal with.
There is nothing I didn't like. The last time we visited family in Albuquerque we stayed at a high end hotel. The Best Western beat it hands down in every respect.
Cold at night, the bed needed a thicker duvet or blanket. Plastic cutlery and styrofoam plates/bowls at breakfast. Not very enviromentally aware.
location, staff friendliness--especially the breakfast staff especially during Balloon Fiesta time.
