The room was nice size, breakfast was ok with nice staff and the happy hour drinks was a nice touch
Maid obviously didn't mop bathroom floor as same penny was on flirt behind toilet for 10 days! Location was ok but access was awkward for first evening use google to help and you will find it easy the holt is actually located on the south bound slip on us281 onto 1604 loop.
The rooms were good sized and staff were very friendly
Not enough room for breakfast. Limited tables. Our last day we has to take our plates to our room to be able to sit down and eat.
I liked the suite and the location of my room. It was quiet.
No drinking cups in room. Lack of grab bar in tub is quite dangerous. WiFi advertised, but doesn't work. Couldn't print boarding pass because computer in business wasn't working. Change for smaller bills not available at front desk.
Breakfast excellent & clean, pool was excellent & clean staff was very nice , room was nice , right by a few restaurants, Wal-Mart, close to airport , n fun parks we chose . for the most part our stay was great.
Lobby restroom was horrible tried to go to bathroom & there was blood all over disgusting. Vacuum was horrible toe nails everywhere , maids didn't speak enghish
Quiet place excellent people
Convenience and price
Very friendly staff. Helped me out when a meeting ran past 12:00 noon. It has a wonderful location in the midst of a lot of retailers and restaurants, and is at the crossroads of two important highways.
Not their fault, but I wish that the parking lot had easier access. It can be quite a puzzle to get onto that strip of the southbound access road, which is the only way to drive there.
Jason was fantastic.
Couldn't get directions from G..... We were lost and she had no clue how to help us. Even gave wrong directions.
The size of the room the lady from housekeeping was so sweet we were there for a family members major surgery so we were coming in and out interrupting her and she always smiled and was extemely accommadating breakfast was large and had a great variety for my family
Happy hour was cookies and a cup of beer
Liked the fact that we came in later in the evening and the staff did their best to accommodate us. A pitcher of beer after happy hour, directions to a restaurant.
Was a bit pricey as we stayed in other hotels prior to flying back home and had much better rates with similar service at other hotels.
Breakfast was included in the price. The breakfast area was clean and decent and there were sensible choices. The room was spacious and presented nicely. It had a little sitting room area.
The black-out curtains were difficult to close to block out the spotlights outside. At breakfast there was a 'street-person' who came in from the back door and sat at one of the tables with the guests. He was in poor shape and it was VERY obvious he wasn't a guest primarily by his dirty and distressed clothing. He was drinking beer...he had a six-pack on the table and he had a cigarette in his mouth (which he didn't light). He took a plain piece of white bread from the kitchen. At one point the male receptionist walked by him and visibly looked shocked when he saw him...but nothing happend and there was no conversation. The person left his stuff on the dining table and then left to go outside to smoke and took his beer (in one of the kitchen glasses) with him. This was about 9:15 am on a Sunday morning. This is truly a dichotomy because the man wasn't hurting anyone and you do feel really sorry for the state of this person and their relative helplessness....but at the same time you don't expect to find street people in your hotel at breakfast.
Rooms were clean, comfortable, and had all desirable amenities. Friendly staff and great manager who was very accommodating. Free hot breakfast buffet was very good. Good location at intersection of major highways made getting around easy. Close to the airport.
Pull out sofa in suites to accommodate an extra guest.
