Price was Ok...it feels a bit old but it is clean and comfortable
It was a bit further than expected from the town center
Loved the decor and feeling of a Santa Fe style room. Liked the price and location. Girl at desk was very helpful.
Decor, location, friendliness, spaciousness, looks great for skiing families. Nice breakfast room and selections
Very minor things like only one non-commercial roll of TP for the Powder rooms off the downstairs lobby so ran out quickly with no back up (need commercial sized despenser installed). The Baggage cart needed better wheels as hard to steer with all our baggage. Could not keep defective alarm clock or message light from flashing all night.
The WiFi and Bed
The lobby was well organized and the staff at check in was very accommodating.
Ventilation was not good. Room was smaller than I expected.
Nice place with a large clean room. Excellent bed. Well above average breakfast.
Bathroom was small.
The bedding was super comfortable. The breakfast was very good.
I didn't really like the location. Kind of away from anything special.
Really didn't expect the place to be so clean. Smelled fresh even knowing they allowed dogs. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was pretty good. Will choose Best Western again.
The room was clean with flat screen TV, nice small bathroom, comfortable bed.
When we arrived we waited for about 7 minutes to check in. There was no one at front. We went looking for staff. The noise of others next room started early. Kids were running the hallway on top floor even at 10pm & later causing me to finally get peace after midnight.
The staff, the décor, the room, the bed, the breakfast - what am I missing? Just a wonderful place to stay!!! Morning and evening staff were equally fabulous.
The only drawback (and they said it was being fixed) was the elevator doors would shut on you and you would have to push them open if you or your luggage were in the path of the door. Didn't automatically open.
Really enjoyed the breakfast...eggs and some kind of meat every morning...nothing was skimpy. Also liked the decor...the wallpaper in the rooms was gorgeous.
Driving down Cerrillous it was sometimes hard to see where to turn...especially coming from the plaza at nite...
Upon arrival we were spoiled and had offers of help to enhance our visit to Santa Fe.
Leaving to go home. We can't wait to return.
The room was clean and quiet and the bed was very comfortable.
The entry driveway to hotel is not clearly marked.
We liked the staff, informative and helpful in every way. The room was nicely furnished and comfortable, also quiet.
The site was on a really busy highway in a part of Santa Fe that is a little run down. However, there were some nice restaurants nearby.
I really was not impressed with this hotel and will not stay here again. The room was made up when we got back in from sight-seeing.
The elevator was scary. It made horrible noises and a couple of times I had to wonder if we were going to make it up to our room. The staff we saw were not friendly. No greetings from the desk or the breadfast area. The bathroom was small and felt crowded.
It was clean with friendly staff, the location wasn't far from downtown plaza area. Loved the Southwestern décor.
Their spa wasn't working at the time we were there.
Had to move rooms because blinds were broken. The room I moved to the blinds were broken as well. Obviously they do not make repares. Bath tub was patched up with cheap repares because of holes. A not well run hotel.
Nice little breakfast
Outside parking a little tight
The staff was very professional and accommodating. Variety of breakfast foods was appreciated. The décor of the lobby and rooms was pleasing. Used the laundry facility which was very convenient and needed. We decided to stay an extra day and the staff helped us secure another room. The hotel was a great base as a "home away from home" while we traveled within Santa Fe and to other locations. We would definitely stay here again!
Traffic in Santa Fe has gotten heavier in the past 20 years. Kind of held my breath as we would enter and leave the hotel parking lot.
The room was clean, attractive and the beds were marvelous. Everything necessary to the traveler's comfort. The view was beyond words, with occasional wildlife to suit (geckos). We will go back again and again.
Clean no bedbugs breakfast location pleasant staff
very dark needs brighter light bulbs
After a long day of driving from Sedona, we were greated by a friendly and helpful front desk staff. He helped us navigate to the points of interest in Santa Fe, and reminded us of the hot breakfast, which was delicious! The lobby and rooms were all neat and clean and well appointed in the SW decor. I would highly recommend the Best Western Inn for a stay in Santa Fe.
There's not much I didn't like, so maybe I'm being picky, but the bathroom vanity had been refinished, but the paint the was on the walls at the edges of the vanity had not been cleaned off or painted over tp match the walls. Also, there seemed to be no walkable restaurants nearby, so make sure and eat dinner before you check in. Other than that, I was totally satisfied.
It was clean , comfortable and friendly service.
Need more lights in rooms.
Nice large room with table and a reclining seat to watch TV. Nice Indian decoration. Room with big windows.
