Everything was perfect and the staff was amazing!!!!
Noise of delivery trucks at 6 AM
It was a well kept facility had a very nice décor!
location best of all
the bedspread were not clean, the bathroom sink and counter top were stained not very clean and the carpet dirty (filthy)
Every staffer we interacted with was friendly and seemed genuninely glad to see us. Location couldn't have been better for our business, which was downtown.
It's showing its age, but has clearly been well and lovingly maintained.
We like the location and the stuff was friendly and helpful. They helped us find a good place to eat dinner and shopping. Plus every night we walked down a block to Mr B's Ice Cream Parlor.
That the hot tub was outside.
The location was awesome and the breakfast was great! I would stay here away had a 18 year old and a 7 year old. Nice and clean and the employees or customer service was excellent! They gave directions and anything you would ask very friendly and helpful. I loved this hotel a very good secret hotel for location and price. Will return next summer.
The parking is on a steep hill but still ok.
Our room was the farthest away from the lobby and was very nice and quiet.
We went to a late show one evening, so by the time we got back it was difficult to find a parking spot since the hotel was completely booked.
dirty & noisy
The staff was really nice. The rooms were nice. Maid was really nice. The staff made us feel at home. I will stay there again.
Comfortable for the most part. Beds were comfy to sleep in. Cleaning personnel did pretty well.
Room a little small. Bathroom small.
It was centrally located between The Strip and the old part of Branson.
I know it wasn't the hotels fault but there were noise children running around late at night keeping me up.
This room was one of the quietest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. We were in Room 317 which was the furthest from the hotel lobby, but we enjoyed how peaceful it was when we actually wanted to sleep.
I wish there would've been more parking. We went to a Friday night show and didn't get back to the hotel until about 10:20 and it was difficult finding a parking space. Of course, some of the problem was how people took up more than one space.
the toilet was too little in the bathtub is hard to get out of
Loved the room, especially that there was a fridge and microwave. Room was nice and modern and clean.
Well, found a pair of dirty socks on the side of the bed that wasn't ours...easily missed as I found then as we were going thru room before we checked out, but still...
Location was good. Front Desk very helpful to meet my needs.
Difficult for me to walk into the rooms on a steep hill.
A fun clean city. Lots of activities. Great value for money. People very friendly. Great hospitality. The shopping.
No transport, unreliable taxis, if you can get one!! It seemed expected you must have a car - we did not, overseas travellers.
convienant location,free breakfast
small bathroom and sink outside the bathroom.
Friendly, quiet, close to Branson's Landing and center of town, great breakfasts, warm pool.
The location was convenient. The room was clean and updated. The free breakfast had better-than-average variety, including some fairly healthy choices; we were satisfied until lunchtime. The staff were very friendly and hard-working. Also, the manager and a maintenance worker helped me solve a minor problem with my car, which was certainly beyond their job duties. Refrigerator in the room was quite large, and the microwave was useful.
The pool was small (only 3-ft deep), and the pool area could use some updates (although it was well-maintained and clean). The pillows were not good. Noise from the floor above was annoying. Breakfast had limited choices in fresh fruit (only bananas). Room was small (but maybe it's in proportion to the price).
that our room was less then 20 feet from what looked to be an dog kennel and the barking from the dog or dog's seem to never stop, told the front desk the lady just looked at me and shrugged her shoulders. Bed's were to short my feet were hanging off and I not that tall 6'2".
we loved the pool. we loved our room. we liked the breakfast.we liked the privecy. don't change anything, we will be back.
Clean room, staff, quiet ,breakfast real good and within walking distance to many shops.
The location was excellent - within walking distance of downtown and Branson Landing. The room was clean, bed was reasonably comfortable, and being on the back side of the property meant there was no traffic noise. Enjoyed the large TV. The pool and hot tub looked nice although we didn't use either one. Free breakfast was adequate and the dining area was pleasant. Staff was helpful and polite. Hotel didn't charge a penalty when we checked out early due to impending bad weather. All in all, would stay here based on the location alone.
Tub was concave, so very treacherous to stand in during a shower. Parking lot was not user-friendly at all due to hills but that couldn't be helped. Would not recommend this property to anyone with mobility issues; both the parking lot and the walkways to the room were hard for a disabled family member to negotiate.
