Staff was friendly. Very conveniently located to Bethlehem

Bed linens very uncomfortable and outdated. I have stayed at other hotels within the same price range, even cheaper and they offer pillow-top and down bed coverings. The linens were ripped and were really worn. Ate at "The Red Zone" for dinner. Very overpriced. My son (who is 7) had a "build your own burger" which for him consisted of cheese and bacon=$12.50. Way to much money!!!!

My only gripe was the fact that I spent a total of about 9 hrs in my room and I paid $100. Perhaps $80 and no full breakfast

Cleanliness of rooms and fabulous breakfast also the price. Have stayed at other bw that can't compare to this one.

I had a 50 gift card from a previous stay at another bw which was a horrible experience. I made reservations through Booking.com and told them I wanted to use the card. They knew that it would not be accepted. Will never use that service again. Thing is the service did not get back to me saying it would not be accepted. Will warn fellow travelers about this service, or should I say lack of service.

Sink in bathroom stopped up and would not drain.

Stayed there while running in a 5k road race in Bethlehem. Location was very convenient, price was great, food was excellent.

Did not receive my wake-up call on race day!

Well ,we went on a business trip to detroit while checking in we were told by the manager the pool was opened at 6 oclock in the morning however the next morning we were informed it was closed ,it appears the man at the front desk wasn´t informed about timetibles and it was definitely opened . apart form the manager the whole staff didn´t look right ,we had to suffer poor customer care policies and even bad behaviour.. It is just they dont make any effort you to feel comfortable ,from the breakfast to the front desk .. on our way out we asked for an invoice adress to our company and the lady working there didn´t even bother and shed said "nothing I can do about it " we contacted the manager who said the file was closed ,at least he was polite and apologize about it.. I strongly recommend you to be careful with this hotel ,I have been travelling for over 15 years ,I am a regular in booking and you do not want the hassel ...

They didn't clean my room in one of the nights I spent there, the distance between my room and the lobby/restaurant (5 minutes walking)

It was centrally located easy to get around friendly staff right off the highway ..

I felt the hotel was alittle old and needed an upgrade. The rate was low but I would rather pay more and stay in a nicer hotel next time.

It was quiet, pleasant,convenient, and met all my needs.

The carpet in my room should have been vacuumed more.

Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast was great, always hot and quickly refilled when it was getting low. Excellent service.

However, as a female travelling alone I was disappointed with my room location. I was on the ground floor with a door going directly out to the parking lot, as well as to the hallway. The (outside) door's safety chain was broken and therefore useless. The loud activity in the parking lot for several hours during my first night, a few feet from my room made for a pretty much sleepless night for me, feeling very much alone in a room.I would only stay here again with the assurances I would not be on the ground floor.

The full hot and cold breakfast was an excellent start to the day. We took advantage of the fitness and laundry facilities at both the Best Western and its arrangement with its sister Hampton hotel next door. Good selection for dining, reasonably priced menu. Room facilities were exactly what we needed for a comforatble extended stay. Highly recommend this hotel.

It's my 3rd stay there and I have enjoyed each visit to this facility. Great value for the price!

Friendliness of staff. Breakfast.

Light coming in from door peep holes and bright green light on switch plate by door. Would recommend to friends to wear sock while in room carpet is a little dirty. My white socks were light brown after only one night stay

It had a bar where you could eat late, pool , breakfast was very very good, it had a band. You could sit out late by the pool yard, I coukld take a drink to my room, cleaning staff was very nice and did a good job

When you pull up to the bw it looks cheap and the hall carpet need agood cleaning or replaced

Rooms are large and clean. Convenient location very close to 22. B'fast was included but pretty basic, anyway gets You going. They have even quite big pool and children pool.

Outside, it looks pretty ugly (from backside) - but rooms ok actually pretty ok. Pool area was pretty dirty.

Quiet and convenient to local roads and local sites.

The location was great, the breakfast was really nice, staff were friendly.

The room had a funny smell, perhaps a strong disinfectant or something like that was used recently in the room.

Good location. Booking.com did not have our reservation submitted (according to the hotel). Had we not had our confirmation with us, we woudl have driven 4.5 hours to arrive with no hotel :(

The location is nice and the room was good for the price.The staff was very friendly.

our rom was close to the front of the hotel and the entertainment in the lounge was very loud and it made it hard to sleep. next time I will request a room away from the lounge. The sink and tub drain ran very slow and you stood in ankle deep water during the shower. would still stay again.
