Hotel was in poor condition, very old
Nothing really stood out
Not WOWED by anything really. Staff not that friendly and actually seemed bored of their jobs. Bad smell in the rooms. Fragile furniture in the rooms. Maid service was sloppy at best
Very friendly staff. Kelly was amazing, gave us a great welcome.
Price was reasonable and friendly staff
Problem with a room key not working. It needed to be reprogrammed. Appliances in the room were connected to extension cords that appeared to be stressed.
comfort of the room- clean, unexpected balcony. washer/dryer room. hotel amendities-pool, use of computer. pleasant lobby. convient shopping in walking distance. Downtown area a few miles down the road. one night stay. It was great.
We had no complaints.
Contrary to other comments read on various sites, we were very satisfied with our stay. The little minor issues (insufficient towels and toiletries) were dealt with without delay and satisfactorily. The breakfast was basic but included varied items that were replenished continually by the employee tending the buffet. Everything was very clean in the room. The hotel itself was quiet at night. The diner across the street offered good meals at a reasonnable price.
Please bring the temperature down in the hot tub in the pool area. No need to scald the skin off our bones!
hotel needs heavy remodeling feels like traveling back in time
We got here late at night after reserving a room through Booking.com. When we arrived, there were no double rooms left, so they gave us a king for the same price. Kelly, at the front desk was so nice, and tried her best to accommodate us. Room was spacious, clean and pretty. Bathroom was huge, and we loved the shower head! Room comes with all the conveniences. They take pets too for $20. Nice stay.
Regular prices are a bit steep. The room would have been $190, which seems high for a place off the highway.
quiet, couldn't hear any noises outside of our room even though we were next to the elevator and there were many children staying there
layout of hallways was confusing breakfast was very crowded, couldn't get near the one and only waffle machine. breakfast hours ended too early
The room opened into the closet area which was pretty inconvenient. The tub and sink in the bathroom did not drain, not even over night. The toilet would only flush if you held the handle down for a minute or so. The wallpaper in the room was peeling and there were cob webs from the lamps to the wall. Breakfast was terrible and the hallways smelled bad
staff was very friendly, however, when i asked them any questions they didn't know the answer and/or gave me the wrong answer. cleaning staff always made sure we had what we needed.
when we checked in i asked 3 different times that nothing more would be charged to my card because i had already paid for my room they told me NO all 3 times and 2 days later i had a hold of 125 dollars from the hotel. mold in our room and all they did was wipe with bleach didn't open a window or offer a different room. it rained and the hall way flooded. power went out while doing laundry and we lost the money we paid for it and had wet clothes. a couple was arguing and swearing and yelling out front while we were walking in the hotel and scared my kids. also a guy about 20-.25 came running as fast as he could out of the hotel and knocked my son on the ground and when we got to our room another male staying across the hall came bursting out of his room chasing the other male, which scared us all. it also smelled like marijuana all through-out our hall way and the smell was coming into our room. not happy and i feel like i wasted a lot of my money.
Nice place to stay. Great service!
Just one issue the bath towels were leaving fuzz all over us after a shower...
Pool Spa Clean
Dingy Poor Breakfast (no eggs choices) Cheap containers, poor fitting tops for coffee to go Poor courtyard, no attempt to even mow the lawn!?
Reservations and check in
Very dirty lobby entrance on side doors. Stuffy feeling, especially in bathroom
Ease of making reservation
Location Odorous facilities Worn furnishings Rudeness of check-in clerk
Continental breakfast was ok but the space is very loud.
The rooms were dirty. Carpet stained. Dated. Pool wasn't operational (which was part of what we were looking forward to on our trip so disappointing). The hot breakfast items were cold. The wifi didn't work. Just generally disappointed.
Hotel matched our expectations, room ready (although delayed due to flight, staff friendly and helpful , breakfast adequate , room comfortable, value for money
Staff forgot to clean room one day, but it's a minor issue
Convenience to highway...was visiting family who lived nearby in Haverhill. Breakfast was good. Maid service was good. Until the last two days of my stay there.
One day the maid did not come in to refresh towels, take out trash, etc. Because I stayed there for six nights, I got to know the staff, especially a very friendly cleaning person named Nidia. She was very good. On her day off, the new cleaning person didn't touch my room, so I was disappointed in her lack of service. No coffee for the coffee maker the next day, no trash pick up, no towels. No dirty towel clean up. Overall, the staff there were very friendly and helpful, so I was disappointed when I returned to my room late one afternoon and saw that it had been neglected.
room was clean and kept clean throughout the stay for just really needing to sleep there the value was good for the money
sketchy. Police arrested someone at night during our stay. Two "larger" men drank shirtless outside for the afternoon. moulded bread at breakfast. dogs allowed and barked.
Friendly staff; value for money
smoky corridor in non-smoking wing; noisy after hours
For the price this place should be nicer. The place in in decay.

Location, pool, staff, value for money.
We need to buy someting like shampoo. It's not very important but in other hotel, I didn't doing something like that.
The staff was very very kind and helpfull the room was nice and clean we really enjoyed our weekend stay we had the roon with two queen beds .
Our room was by the ice machine and it was loud .We where getting mad because it was so loud everytime someone got ice and very often.
Everything was good clean, verry satafing with the service. .
I was saying in this hotel while repairs were going on in my home, I live in Haverhill Ma. I like the fact that the staff allowed me to keep adding on to my reservation as needed I did not know when I would be able to return to my house and this was very handy for me
I did not like the fact that even though I ended up staying there for an extended amount of time, more than I would have ever thought, they never offered me any type of deal for staying more than one full week. I expected to be offered some sort of extended stay reduction in price. The whole time I was there we had snow. The plow would plow my car in and I had to drive through a snow bank to get out. The staff who stayed and some who comuted to the hotel would take any parking place even if I cleaned out my space and removed the snow, the staff would park in this spot leaving me to clean another space and this would go on and on until it seemed ass if I cleared the snow for every staff member and allowed them to park nearest the entry door while I would have to walk a mile to get into the hotel. I did not like the fact that the key cards were always defective and would only work some of the time, I had to exchange or have my key card updated several times. Do not desturb Means just that. Why is it the staff in every hotel I ever stay at thinks this sign does not apply to them?
