Friendly people,good breakfasts, out of the hubbub I asked for a King Bed room, handicap and it was confirmed bu when I got there I was told there were none left so they had reserved a 2 Queen size bedroom, but every thing else was as I requested. It was a bit sqeezed for space.It was nice but crowded. Not the same as I had had several times before.

When I arrived - my reservation was not in the system. I showed them my paper from you and they said your computer sent the reservation for Feb and not March. Now I have to double check that I did not get charged for the Feb dates...also rooms smokey

It wa close to the freeway and breakfast was good The first room we were given smelled like an Ashe Tray! It was awful. They moved us to another room that had no smell of smoke. Not sure how a house keeper can't smell it when she is cleaning

The cleanliness of our room and the excellent customer service that all of the employees at this hotel demonstrated. This BW Plus Orchard Inn is always our choice when staying the the Modesto/Turlock area.

Low price nice pool I liked the refrigerator and microwave in the room Loud guests walking around. Some guests looked like drug addicts and not the best type of citizen

It was close to the freeway The room was not very clean, places showed non-vacuuming in a long time, there was a stain on the beadspread, to name a couple of things the tv was fuzzy in all the channels.
