The hotel is located off Interstate 5, close enough to be easily accessible, yet away from the congestion and noise, located steps away from the Linn County Fair and Expo Center.

potatoes tastes like dirt and eggs dry
I really like the location and facilities. Very clean and quiet stay, very nice staffs and really helpful.
Breakfast buffet was good.
People smoking right outside the entrance.
Clean, roomy, comfi, good wifi, more channels than average, ac worked well, breakfast was debycent, staff friendly and helpfull
Motivation and friendliness seem to be on higher level. Will be back soon!
Looked like debris had come back up through the drain of the bathroom sink and was a unsightly! Plumbing issue not housekeeping!
Great staff & amenities! Comfortable bed & spacious room! Breakfast was fabulous!
Clean, good location, nice rooms, superior breakfast.
Didn't get government rate I asked for.
The maid wanted us to leave the room so she could clean it - when I told her we would only be a few more minutes, she wasn't very happy because she said it was her last room. I'm not accustomed to arranging my schedule to accomodate the housekeeping staff.
The front desk person was awesome both days - the same person - asked how we were doing, etc.!
In loved the room, the room was amazing and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and quiet, we loved it there. The pool was refreshing and warm.
There wasn't much that i didn't like about our stay. The location wasn't the best but that is not the hotels fault. The hot tub could use a good remolding though. My husband almost tripped because it was rather small and the bench you sat on and the stairs kind of meld together. The stairs on the pool could be a bit bigger too. But aside from those it was amazing
I liked how my room was upgraded to a suite. I loved that!
The hot breakfast was OK, not great.
Location. Rooms were comfortable. Sofa sleeper was a plus.
The odor. Very musty smelling.
Value for the money, which included the good continental breakfast.
Reserved a King Bed with a fold out bed. Confirmed when I checked in about the fold out bed, staff said fold out sofa bed in the room. Went to room no fold out bed. Staff made switch and got us into a room with two queen beds.
We enjoyed the ladies at the desk.very helpful
Our room was to have a king bed and a pullout, but had only a king bed and a chair not a sofa.
Nice, roomy bedroom, very clean. Quiet area, centrally located to our needs. Breakfast was great, lots of selection.
Coffee was bitter.
I stayed here years ago and the rooms have been nicely updated since. Bed was very comfortable and room was quiet. Breakfast was good.
Pet charge is unreasonably high, $20 per night per pet. Linn County Fairgrounds hosts many dog events and the closed proximity makes this ideal but pet charge makes it too expensive. Most local hotels charge NO pet fee. I will not be back.
Ran out of breakfast food and did not refill for 15 minutes. Sunday morning the cleaning staff went up and down the hallway slamming open and closing doors for an hour.
It was clean.
Very friendly staff and tasteful decor.
The staff in the breakfast room were welcoming and warm in their demeanor, and their customer service was terrific!
1) Did not like finding door to room open and garbage in the sink. However, room looked clean so we did not move to another; 2) Did not like how Front Desk talked disparagingly about their poor housekeeping staff. They should have been more professional and accommodating; 3) Did not like how we were placed above the swimming pool which echoed into our room and it felt like poor soundproofing. We were an older couple with grown child who'd requested a quiet room, instead we were placed between two families with young children who jumped and pounded the walls; and I did not like the fact that the facility was under construction and no mention was made about it during or after booking. I booked due to the Best Western brand - unfortunately this trip did not meet my prior experiences. We were attending a family wedding.
