Great Irish pub next door; rooms were clean and comfortable; staff was excellent

The room had a nice set-up with 2 queen beds to meet our needs. The breakfast was a bonus! Staff was very friendly =)

Hated smelling smoke in the hall. It was a complete turn off. Housekeeping needs improvment. The microwave was sticky as well as the tv buttons. There were stains/drip marks on the bureau/tv stand. The toilet was loose.

Room had everything you'd need for a comfortable relaxing stay.

Desk chair is a bit too low, I'm 5' 4" and had to sit on a pillow.

Close to where I needed to be the next day. Comfortable room.

Bathroom not completely cleaned. We didn't notice until next morning. Restaurant staff, food, service and ambiance sub-standard at best.

They charged us for things we didn't have. There were used neddles in the parking lot and they wanted to know why I was complaining about it. They never did pick them up, they just left them there.

The stay was a fair value for the money spent.

The hotel deliberately overbooked the rooms according to the manager. Therefore instead of a king non-smoking room, we got a 2 queen nonsmoking room and a take it or leave it ultimatum. We were then informed that third party bookings are completely out of their control, and that only direct bookings with the hotel would be honored exactly. There was also a teenage/college freshman sophmore kegger going on at the hotel which resulted in non stop noise until 3 am each night of our stay, the staff did nothing abouti t.

Yhe Best Western Plus Sovereign was clean, comfortable and a great value for the money. The staff was friendly, the included hot breakfast buffet was good and the connected bar-restaurant was very convenient. We will definitely be staying here again.

The room and rates were very accommodating. The breakfast was very good! Didnt expect eggs and pancakes/French toast at a hotel without payin extra.

The room was not cleaned properly before we checked in. This is the only place I stayed that charged for use of the pool facility.

Cleanliness, kindness of the staff, lack of complication.

Minor, but out room was hard to find the first time.. the hotel is really big.

Location and proximity to downtown and my work location.

Breakfast was average. Pancake machine did not work. My experience with that machine in other hotels is that it fails more often than works. There is make youself waffle machine that works much better.

The breakfast was fantastic and the cook, and attendants were very efficient and very pleasant. Check-in fellow was also very polite and helpful.

The sink was logged and never fixed until a second reminder. The linens for the hideaway bed was brought up after 3/4 of an hour. The fellow who brought them was very accommodating and pleasant. This is the most we have ever spent for a hotel room in New England ( big city prices are not needed in this economy).

The location was great.

This place is a seedy dump. Couldn't wait to get out in the AM!

Side entrance door was unlocked/broken the room was non- smoking but smelled of smoke the bathroom sink and tub drains were very slow to drain

I enjoyed Waxy O'Conner, the attached restaurant. It was once of the best beer selections, atmospheres and food I've seen at a hotel. I enjoyed the television and shower in the room.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel could have been better.
