Score from 30 reviews Excellent
ENJOYED THE BAR
problems with heat in the room
Breakfast was great! Also love how its attached to a pub
Comfy room, microwave and refrigerator was nice
i booked a king size single bed and they gave me a double no excuse for messing up the room i originally booked none!!!!!!
Very difficult time getting WiFi service, had to go to front desk to get code then spent hour to call tech help before getting service turned on for lap top PC then cell phone
the bed and bedding awesome and comfortable. I tried two rooms as I was the bride and moved in with him after wedding. Staff awesomel.
nothing. Maybe that we had to leave.....
My friends and I were charged close to 200 dollars. I never got a statement saying why we were charged and when I called to ask they never returned my calls. Very disappointing.
Ample parking spaces
Free wi-fi but Internet connection unavailable throughout stay. No hot water for shower one morning. Disposable plates and cutlery at breakfast.
A first class hotel, clean, good location, very helpfull staff.
liked the location of the hotel and the fact there was a bar/restaurant attached.
room had a funny smell to it.
Cleanliness of room was poor. Cob webs, dust & previous tenant food left in the refrigerator. The worst part was the brown water that came out of the toilet, faucet and shower/tub. Changed rooms, but the brown water remained. No manager on site to take complaint or give discount. Disgusted with this best western.
They had a very good breakfast that had a nice variety. The room was clean and the hotel is close to everything.
The bed was too soft and not too comfortable for us since we're used to a firm bed.
I liked my room for the first night.2nd night seem like anyone who got a state check was slamming doors all night
It was cozy but roomy enough the bed was comfortable They appear to be renovating so hopefully things will improve. Staff was friendly and room was clean.
1.Noisy in the hallway, sounded like they were right in my room. 2. We went down to the bar for a drink, Karaoke was going on which we usually enjoy, it was too loud to talk while people were singing and the drink prices where very high. 3. The bathroom door hit the flush and would not open all the way
The location was close to my family.
The construction and the week-end parking was difficullt
Great location ! Beautiful area!
Price was a little high
Everything but the price
Seemed very expensive did to local college having parents weekend. Rate was higher due to demand
Room size and cleanliness was great. Most staff was very friendly and accomodating.
When using a debit card they freeze double the amount from your account for 10-14 buisiness days. This is a new practice- never had this happen before when I stayed here- very upsetting when on vacation and the money is tied up like this. Trip was less enjoyable because of money was restricted.
The beds were comfortable and clean. You want me to submit two hundred characters minimum, and frankly there is not one other good thing I can say about this dreadful hotel.
Other than the beds, the room was filthy. I am a smoker, not a pig. It was obvious to me no real attempt had ever been made to clean the smoking residue from the wallpaper or lamps. Fingerprints on all wooden furniture-other stains on upholstered furniture. Roofing tiles and garbage from prior guests on the "balcony". Barking dogs in the room below us. Breakfast was only served from 7AM-9AM on a Saturday, a day when guests traditionally sleep later. (The reason for this was given as the construction going on in the hotel, and that was the same excuse given for a every other problem.) No premium TV channels for free. No functional batteries in the remote. No ashtrays in the room, and none delivered, as promised by the front desk shortly before shift change. An exit door which would not open-from the inside of the building, which is a real fire hazard and very illegal. No service at all. Dirty and overpriced.
The staff did everything they could to make our stay pleasant. And the hotel is in a great location to visit Keene, NH.
It will be much nicer once the construction is done.
There was no parking when returned from diner , and was not told breakfest was from 6 to 9 am not to mention just a little bit to early for most .
room was fine
only one kleenex in box,
Not being able to change rooms when I speicifly booked a non smoking room and ended up having to stay with the smoking room. Staff wasn't helpful or accomdating when i asked to switch, I got a one word answer.
Great staff and convenient location. Nice breakfast! Pool was warm.
A bit run down but they were going thru renovations
Room was lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful. The fact one can bring a dog, awesome!
The breakfast was very disappointing. Paper plates in a 3 star hotel. Also the selection of food and quality of food was very poor. the fact there was no bacon was a surprise also. During my stay there were two bags of trash by the ice machine in the corridor. That didn't look nice. It is totally fine for them to be there maybe an hour or two. Being there in the later afternoon and still still there when I go for breakfast the next day. That is not.
